話說某外賣平台(K字頭) 做買滿$80蚊減$40優惠,我12:46 分落左個淨食 ”肥燶腩叉拼燒腩仔”, 個肥燶腩叉仲要另加$5, 咁預計19分鐘就可以自取。然後我12:59就到門口,外賣平台個 app 就話13:05可以取餐。但現場所見只係有好多人企係門口等緊 ,而且係多人到要自己入去餐廳揾自己張單係唔係排緊。等到13:10 就同店員反映,既然接左單亦話取得餐就應該出俾我地而唔係要我地乾等。最後等到13:20先拎到餐。最後比預計時間要等多15 分鐘先出到我個餐,對呢間餐廳好失望,如果做唔到又為何要接咁多外賣單? 食物方面: 另加$5 的肥燶腩叉, 一打開個盒, 我係好驚喜意然係一粒脂肪都揾唔到, 啲叉燒又瘦又柴, 係咬都咬唔到個種柴, 唔該就唔好改個名叫肥燶腩叉, 好失望。安排處理外賣等候亦十分失當。 continue reading

聽及朋友的推介,今次加餸的燒味選擇了天龍。燒鵝下庄份量十足,相當大盒!件件皮薄肉厚,鵝肉的肉地豐盈,每咬一口都有鵝汁在嘴裡流蘯,而脂位更做到超級甘香的境界!淋上燒鵝汁,令到燒鵝本身無需蘸點酸梅醬已極之美味!光是燒鵝已能佐飯兩大碗!四份一隻乳豬同樣很多,當見到排成三行的乳豬件,已令人不禁口水狂流!乳豬皮十分香脆,連同爽口的肥脂一起吃,滋味無窮!豬肉的調味亦不錯,鹹度恰到好處,配合甜甜的乳豬醬,相得益彰。煮碟菜,又完成了豐盛的一餐。 continue reading

😍😍非一般肥叉燒腩仔燒鵝兵團🔥🔥燒味道道都有,但要燒到出神入化,乃需要最優秀的肉質、調味配和老師傅的「燒烤功」。這家連閱燒味無數的姑奶也讚不絕口!滿滿一枱肉都不過2百蚊,抵!🥓肥燶叉腩飯比普通叉燒貴幾蚊,但識食一定食肥叉!!誘人玫瑰醬油色,一咬下去肥油化開,肉質鬆化。肥肉放在熱白飯上,軟化成豬油,真係冇得頂。一碟有兩大排肥叉,物有所值。🪿燒鵝飯作為招牌,果然名不虛傳。有骨架位和鵝胸肉。皮脆滴油,燒鵝骨架肉有滋有味,胸肉不柴,非常下飯。下次要豪食燒鵝髀至得!🥩燒腩仔(例)雖然只是例牌,但足足有3大排呀。燒腩仔肥瘦相間,脆皮、脂肪、肥肉、脂肪、瘦肉😆5層絕對冇少。一家五口晚飯加餸絕對滿足。 continue reading
