睇「消夜節目」主持人介紹,今日橫掂過開灣仔~試佢試佢節目內介紹咗~牛雜粥,煎蛋蝦米腸,淨係聽到「牛雜粥」呢三個字都己經好吸引,因為牛雜,牛雜麵,真係由細食到大,入落粥到真係第一次嘗。一放低,其實有啲失望,點解?點解得一半嘅?呢個型態係未食架,粥真係個碗一半都無,唔好同我講好似西餐啲「卡邦尼」咁,碟好大,啲意粉喺個「窿」入面得幾條,以呢個邏輯計算~正常!?好彩啲牛雜同粥都好食,攞返晒啲『分』返嚟,牛雜最緊要洗乾淨同新鮮,無果陣「徐」,粥底要「軟糯」同「綿」,識食粥就知我講乜!煎蛋蝦米腸,好鬼好食,其實係女友食,忍唔住都食咗幾嚿,如果唔係阿姐事前話「無得加單」,我肯定嘅多一碟~好食!因為唔可以加單,所以都加定個糯米飯,都係得個碗嘅一半,二舊大冬菇有咬口同都好出味,糯米飯略嫌份量少咗啲,同硬咗小小,味道剛好大會太咸。三樣食物嘢嘅水準同味道都俾到我驚喜,唔怪之得係「長龍店」,如果個粥同糯米飯個份量多返啲就完美。幾鍾意個老闆成間鋪啲擺設同性格,點解?擺設係佢啲枱係用我哋做學生時嘅枱,至於『性格』,下次你入去果時,唔「燙」埋個玻璃門,你就知道我講乜!至於唔可以「加單」,我個位其實唔係好睇得清楚,佢好似一個人喺廚房「踢」晒全部,如果係咁,唔可以加單又幾正常,俾我都會咁做,所以要「睇諒」!回頭度:9/10 continue reading

星期六可能一朝早就去,唔使排隊,終於可以一試雄記牛雜!牛雜口感好爽口唔似街邊檔會一Pat野好林。而且啲牛汁入晒味,牛肺同牛胃個口感好正!😍😍😍列入咗my favourite 牛雜!♥️另外都有試佢個香滑煎腸粉,個煎腸粉有用蛋煎煎得好香同埋啱啱好,不過就要落甜醬食先冇嗰個煎嘅澀味😝最後仲有試佢個糯米飯,估計應該係時季menu,糯米飯嚟講佢係好食嘅,啲飯唔係太濃味,但係配返潤腸同臘腸個味就啱啱好,唔會太咸。喺灣仔嚟講佢呢個糯米飯好食過佢嘅強記美食。但就太貴,要$80一碗。不過佢係好足料既😂 continue reading

今日第一次中午時間去, 見店舖內裝修特別好似好多舊式戲院學校裝修就入去試試,我地2大1小入去食 ,有以下評語 1)叫咗兩個飯加兩支薏米水 $134, 佢話要每人最底消費要$50,要我地加野 , 但門口係冇寫, 有寫我就唔入 2)落完一次單, 講明唔可以再加單 。3) 強制客人坐邊個位, 隔離枱有個女仔一個人入黎就叫人隨便坐,跟住有3個人入嚟, 張枱原有4個位, 都叫人調位, 個女仔冇出聲調咗, 再人兩個人入黎又叫佢再調, 個女仔唔食走, 個店員仲講比佢走, 唔做佢生意, 店舖唔係自動門, 人地出去冇閂門,就話人痴線! 4)問佢攞兩隻碗, 佢態度差話冇碗, 最後另一個店員自動比咗一隻我哋。5)廚房得一個人做, 出食物速度唔夠快。6)我覺得佢哋店員(可能老闆)有強迫症, 所有野擺得好好, 你每次睇完用完啲野都會埋黎再執! 所有野要一定要喺佢哋控制範圍內! 講嘢又大聲! 以上種種問題,食個飯好大壓力咁, 連我小朋友都話佢地態度差, 唔會再去食。食物質素一般,份量唔中間遍少。估唔到今時今日環境,仲有啲咁嘅服務態度, 令我特然諗起屯門果間刀削麵態度分別唔大! continue reading

已經幫襯過幾次,一向都知道係排隊店,今次排第9張台,竟然要等1.5 個鐘。 想叫咗一碗咖喱牛腩撈粗麵,店員話粗麵賣晒,河粉得唔得,咁我都冇所謂照試吓囉。牛腩好韌,仲剪到好碎,牛腩一啲都唔軟, 大失水準🫠🫠🫠🫠最失望嘅係個河粉,明顯煮到過晒時,個河粉夾起完全係斷開晒,食落去一坺嘢咁。從來冇食過咁差嘅河粉,有圖有真相自己睇下面張圖。以牛雜粉麵店來講,呢一碗河粉完成係唔合格👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻只可以話咖喱幾好,咖喱味道足,有啲蕃茄薯仔同蘿蔔。 continue reading
