🥮週末無咩計,走咗入一間老字號香港式糕餅店嚟個小探險。一入到門口,就聞到一股撲鼻嘅酥香混合住各種烤餅嘅香氣,立即食指大動!🤤第一擊係招牌流沙包,咬落去外皮超級鬆軟,黃金流沙餡即刻溢出,呢個甘香絕對係閃亮嘅開場!轉個頭,又鎖定咗個肉鬆芝麻脆餅,肉鬆入面嘅混合咸香與芝麻嘅香脆對碰,真係咁滑嘅perfec match!試完呢啲,絕對唔可以錯過佢哋嘅牛油菠蘿包😍,外面嘅菠蘿皮香甜得嚟帶點酥脆,牛油味濃郁不膩,個包彈性十足,麵包控必撲。每款小吃都有佢獨特嘅香味,味道正宗得黎又唔會太甜,適合大朋友小朋友。尋日嘅短暫品味之旅,真係令我食到停唔到口,期待下次再嚟尋寶!🧧 continue reading

這算唔算是奇華餅的旗艦店? 好像只得這門店有「現場烘焙」的工場,樓上還有奇華茶居😀? 如果撞到新鮮出爐的烘焙品, 認真不錯。其實早前已試過多次其蛋撻, 可是質素參差, 有時質素可媲美「金園」 等老牌茶餐廳的蛋撻。 因為其蛋味香濃,蛋漿金黃, 不會太水稀稀,保持水潤, 也帶點動感。酥皮鬆化油牛油香,且帶點脆, 只是欠了層次感, 可能這就是「金園」這茶餐廳的傳統手藝/秘方, 所以在酥皮方面還是不及「金園」。但有時就如今天這樣焗過火了點, 蛋漿看來有點乾果然咬下去, 以往吃到的蛋味消失得無影無蹤, 只有死甜的甜味和水稀稀的口感。塌下來的蛋漿像沒有蒸透和混合要過多水的老燉蛋。這次也吃不到酥皮的酥鬆帶脆, 只有酥和實。 另外的叉燒酥好一點, 叉燒酥$13.5拿上手是微溫的, 應該不是新鮮出爐的了酥皮不太堅挺, 有點兒淋了咬下去,的確酥皮已經淋了點。甚牛油香很重酥皮外皮少脆, 內𥚃煙韌, 有點拉扯感,少少鬆軟,感覺像在吃牛角包🥐般新鮮出鮮應更佳叉燒餡多, 不會只有肥肉肥瘦適中, 也切得合適, 有咬口唔會柴太嚡叉燒醬味唔會太濃始終外皮的牛油味較突出 continue reading
