以前食過一次印象OK,今日行過諗住食個午餐,發現可能已經轉左手。是旦啦,坐低係壽司檯叫左個12貫壽司定食。然後,等,等,等,等左幾乎半個鐘,除左杯茶乜都無黎,望住師傅叔叔,佢又好似好忙好努力,樓面姨姨又好緊張甘行出行入,但就係食物始終出得好慢,服務亦幾乎等於無。過多陣姨姨可能發現我面已經黑過檯面,先急急跟跟單然後手忙腳亂攞左份壽司黎,咦,得十件,唉,是旦啦,照食,難食未算,比超市外賣好少少咁多多。食左陣,定食的其他野無跟住黎,例如沙律呀麵鼓湯呀同埋個餐牌自己寫住有兩件剌身添,之後仲應該有甜品同餐飲,太忙漏左? 望下姨姨,佢繼續好緊張好忙甘係我身邊行出行入,又睇唔明佢忙左乜出黎,唯有揚手問佢個餐係咪仲有配菜未上,佢慌失失話係既,然後,等,等,等,等左一輪,佢攞左碗仔沙律黎,係,得碗仔沙律黎。心死,食物又唔係好,服務又完全唔識做,同佢磨落去都係同歸於盡,再揚手叫埋單算啦,188大元,十件壽司兩口沙律吽左大半個鐘。我知道世道艱難,搵食不易,但係唔識做個行就真係未學識就蝕到入骨都未天光個喎,何必呢?  continue reading

Monday lunch,對我而言,非常重要!星期一吃頓好的午餐,為自己打打氣,迎戰一星期的忙碌!2021年第39個 Monday lunch,到灣仔月街鮨月吃壽司。我自中學時期就喜歡吃日本料理,多年不變,年長後比較愛吃壽司,鮨月午市壽司定食,定價198元,包括以下的:#野菜沙律:份量不多,蔬菜算新鮮。#味噌湯:不會太鹹,不錯!#手握壽司10貫:帆立貝、赤身、甜虾、蟹籽軍艦、油甘魚,鮮味十足!好吃!三文魚和另外4件白身魚 (不知道名字,店員沒有介紹),味道比較淡,不突出。#湯烏冬:另加20元/碗,味道一般,可以不點。#水果:橙、密瓜、火龍果各1塊,橙應該放了挺久,有點乾。#熱咖啡:很濃,不是人人喝得慣,但我 like!普普通通的用餐體驗。 continue reading

價錢與食物質素相符, 味道也跟價錢成比例 , 我個人覺得還是合理的 。但因為颱風與暴雨 的關係, 整個餐廳只有我們一台,感覺像包場, 但根據 menu菜單資料顯示, 包場 的價錢大概是HKD $10,000 -$18,000, 視乎時間( 例如視乎午餐還是晚餐 ;星期一到五與星期六、日、公眾假期又有分別), 所以昨天晚上的服務特別好, 感覺是賺了。我個人特別重視健康, 見到沙律有比較多綠色蔬菜的選擇 ,我去order 了兩份不一樣的沙律, 價錢合理 , 而且份量也不少所以特別加分吧。 continue reading

好多時平日放假,都想搵啲靜啲嘅街道小店食下嘢,今次喺呢度搜尋灣仔師父發板,出咗 10 個選擇,就揀間最僻靜嘅試下。門口同圖入面嘅餐牌一樣,lunch time 就揀貴少少嘅壽司 set,$248 十件,冇乜好投訴,料夠新鮮嘅話,直頭係抵食。入座近一時正,店內大概七個客人,在我前面先入咗兩位,我一位被安排坐吧枱對住師父,十分正路。唯一一位侍應放低一杯茶一份餐牌,冇一粒聲就行咗去招呼另外兩位客人,冇所謂啦,你得一個人做。聽到兩位客人落咗單,侍應亦報咗俾師父知咩餐,我諗住佢識返唻問我啦,一等是五分鐘,冇人理過我侍應唔見咗,師父唔望我,存在感跌到人生最低。最後我揚一揚個餐牌擰晒轉面,先有人知我想落單,我問 lunch 最好係呢個餐嗎?口音原來唔係好正嘅唯一一位侍應就答我壽司係呢個,咁我話好啦唔該你呢個啦。一心以為坐吧枱,師父會慢慢上,食住正常麻汁沙律等,又睇下師父手勢,見佢一字排開三塊木板,三份餐一齊整,就知我自作多情了,吧枱唔代表會逐件做,一樣係成份出,不過收你 $248,算啦。兩位師父一齊玩咗十幾分鐘,玩齊三份餐,就叫出餐,其中一位師父在我面前遞俾我,問:你係呢個餐吖嘛?我心諗,我點知呢個係咪我叫嗰個餐?我哦咗一下佢就放低咗。我望咗一陣係咩魚先,師父已經冇再理我,由上左開始,是大拖,赤身,炙秋刀,炙間八,第二行係三款白身魚,我又不恥下問師父係咩,左起赤鯛,笛鯛,伊佐木,最後係筋子,唔知咩貝,同蝦。先食白魚,三款都係一樣味嘅,上面有放少少點綴調味但我真係分唔到。之後嘅我都唔想再寫,因為諗唔到點寫,淨係記得冇味囉,諗住最濃味嘅筋子我放到最後,一入口,吓?甜嘅?你玩我呀?真係估你唔到喎!喺我食緊最後兩件同時,侍應就已經上埋生果,師父就問我餐飲,叫了咖啡。講講個飯嘅份量,普通回轉壽司用飯機出,正常會係 18gm 一件,係過大嘅,呢度就過細,目測只有 10gm,可能細啲添,大食朋友一定唔會夠,我都唔係好夠飽所以問師父有冇咩特嘢可以加,佢立即答我海膽啦,北海道根室產 $108,我問仲有呢?佢猶豫咗十幾秒搵咗幾下,就答吉備奈子啦,我唔知係乜,照答好啦,就加咗各一件。原來成餐飯最有印象深刻就係呢兩件,海膽見得人,雖然偏細,飯只有三個五蚊銀疊起咁大,但海膽比飯多好多,亦明顯新鮮,鮮甜實淨膽味濃郁,抵讚!而呢件吉備奈子就犀利,不修邊幅開到呸晒邊,與飯之間放咗半塊大葉,入口冇味只有腥,加塊大葉撞一撞,可以算係我食過最難食嘅壽司,飲啖過咸帶苦嘅味噌湯沖一沖,飲埋啖好味嘅咖啡走人。最後仲有一嘢令我的起心肝寫下千字長文。我擰轉面叫侍應唔該埋單,佢 fill 緊啲嘢背住我,冇反應,我以為佢聽唔到,再大聲咗少少講多次,佢即刻答我:聽到!等等!比我大聲好多,第一下你又唔應,跟住咁樣應我?埋單 $440 幾,真係食咗一肚火。 continue reading
