The steak was well cooked, and the ambiance was equally impressive. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with elegant decor and a comfortable layout that makes it perfect for a relaxing meal. Besides, our server, Kay, went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. She was attentive, friendly, and always ready with a smile. It was a very good experience!

餐廳位於德輔道西，環境走英式復古風，黑白地磚和落地玻璃窗讓空間顯得明亮又大氣。室內以木桌和暖光為主，感覺既高雅又不失親切。肉類櫃台是亮點，陳列著新鮮的牛扒和香腸，讓人可以親自挑選食材，感覺像在超市選肉又多了點儀式感。戶外座位雖然不多，但天氣好的時候，坐在外面看街景，挺有情調。食物方面，點了幾道招牌菜，味道都挺實在。澳洲草飼T骨牛扒是重頭戲，五成熟的牛扒外脆內嫩，牛肉味濃郁，簡單的炭燒調味就很出彩。配菜選了炭烤西蘭花苗，爽脆可口，撒上的杏仁片增添了香氣。試了招牌肉丸意粉，肉丸用草飼牛肉和豬肉混製，搭配濃郁的番茄醬，雖然略乾，但香草味很突出。甜品點了朱古力慕絲，口感滑順，巧克力香氣濃郁，甜度適中。

今次去咗Feather & Bone西灣河店，特登試咗佢哋嘅蕃茄芝士烤酸種麵包🍞同薄切牛扒🥩。蕃茄芝士烤酸種麵包上枱時已經聞到陣陣蕃茄香同乳酪味，好吸引😋。不過麵包本身脆度一般，唔夠香口，整體口感只係中規中矩。薄切牛扒份量唔算多，但切得夠薄，每塊都容易咀嚼。扒面煎得恰到好處，有一點點焦香，裏面約五成熟，保持咗少許肉汁，食落唔乾🤤。醬汁帶有輕微蘑菇味，但味道普通，缺少層次感，唔太令人驚喜。整體嚟講，兩款招牌都做到基本水準，但無特別突出的亮點，味道不過不失🤷♀️。價錢屬中高，環境舒適，適合慢慢歎吓。不過追求驚喜味道嘅朋友可能會覺得普通。如果你想要一個輕鬆嘅下午茶或者想小酌，都可以嚟呢度試吓，不過有心理準備味道唔會太過出奇。下次可能會嚟試吓其他menu，睇下有無驚喜😉。

呢度環境都幾chill, 夜晚食dinner 幾放鬆鐘意食牛既朋友就正啦, 好似係可以自己出去揀想食邊舊肉雖然我唔食牛, 但除左牛, 都仲有其他肉類可以揀, 牛,豬,雞,羊試左羊肉, 雖然唔似一個主食, 味道還可以的, 但最好可以配埋其他野一齊食見佢都有做D平日PROMO , 有興趣可以試試另外值得一讚既係, 去到最後同行友人既都仲未上枱, 嬲就梗係嬲啦, 大家都食哂啦嘛, 最後都即刻跟返單, 仲好有誠意咁送左甜品同免飲品依家無幾可餐廳有咁既誠意嫁啦, 所以值得一讚的~!!
