To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到門口大大個banner 寫住「失傳已久，啖啖胡椒香豬肚丸」，諗諗吓胡椒豬肚湯就食得多，又真係未試過胡椒豬肚丸。每個員工都好有禮貌，侍應送碗麵上嚟嘅時候已經會講「多謝曬！」，而且睇得出啲街坊好鐘意幫襯呢間舖，店員同食客好似Friend 咁。-胡椒豬肚丸河粉$39果然充滿胡椒嘅香味，而且非常彈牙，河粉有啲啲碎。-Hoegaarden Peach Beer $10勁夠凍，重會雪好左個凍嘅啤酒杯，勁有心呀！！！！餐牌有日韓英，真係好细心。

話說同朋友去堅尼地城游完水🏊🏻♀️🏊🏻♀️ 想搵light d既野食🙊，行過見到呢一間門口掛住兩張右向左寫嘅紅色廣告😂，一睇就覺得好有老字號feel，吸引左我🤪一行近睇餐牌，見到好多出面冇嘅丸類選擇，決定入去開餐😚🍜鴛鴦豆腐拼墨魚頭粗麵：墨魚頭好好食，爽口，果然係招牌，但鴛鴦豆腐食得出其中一隻係蜂巢豆腐，另一隻就稔身啲口感普通少少🤏🏻🍜清香雙檸檬手撕雞肉丸拼蠔油冬菇河粉，冬菇炆得極度入味，大讚，至於雞肉丸食得出好濃烈嘅青檸味🍋🟩，十分有趣，係一種未食過嘅味道。🍜貢丸幼麵加一碗雲吞。貢丸的口感和味道都滿意，但未算驚喜，至於碗細雲吞，🍲皮薄餡靚，絕對係會回頭再食。我哋仲叫左個魚皮小食，咬落脆卜卜😊整體出品好食👍🏻，大地魚湯好好飲，粉麵亦無鹼水味，價錢都唔貴，絕對係會再返嚟食嘅一間舖頭☺️

第一次試呢間老字號佢係算係比較夜關門嘅餐廳，所以就嚟咗試佢！個豬肚丸非常好食，有好濃嘅胡椒味！魚皮餃都非常好食。牛筋我都試咗都覺得唔錯，但下次會試牛筋丸。會再訪！
