原來喺香港都可以食到咁平嘅粉面!平日食開嘅粉面都要50蚊左右一碗,但呢間潮州粉面Q抵,但口味很鹹。只揀一款配菜凈得26蚊!四份配菜先41蚊!今次收工睇到呢間小店,夜晚都陸續有叔叔阿姨來食。仲話係香港老字號。揀咗大腸面 加 豬皮。老闆真係好大方,俾咗六塊豬皮,仲加少少紫菜碎!喺香港呢一碗凈得31蚊。口味方面 老香港嘅味道。唯一缺點係湯底真係好鹹!今次揀豬皮表面都好似一層胡椒粉。如果唔鐘意重口味就會唔適應。但咁平假錢唔好追求咁多啦! continue reading

講起來,呢度既魚蛋牛腩河真係正到彈起!啖啖肉嘅牛腩,足料而且鮮嫩多汁,每一口咀嚼都感受到啲牛味濃郁,真係入口即溶呀!河粉滑溜溜嘅,咁滑又唔易斷,加咗辣醬之後更加惹味,夠哂勁!再搭配嗰碟脆口嘅炒青菜,簡直係完美搭檔🌟。而四寶麵同四送麵兩兄弟,都係一於正宗。送麵嘅料真係大方得黎,點都唔馬虎。豬紅、魚鮫、魚蛋、牛丸一個唔少,外表吸引得嚟,味道更加杠上加杠👍。最搞笑嘅係我哋個「大兜亂」,好似無牽無掛咁將哂所有嘢扑埋一齊,但食落真係一絲不苟添!最後,我想讚下老板娘嘅親切,我問佢麵嘅秘訣,佢笑笑口就教我,真係好有人情味。除咗食物好味,間店嘅氣氛都好搞笑🎈,令人食得開心又滿足。一家人啲嗲嗲聲仲令食物變得更加窩心添!下次都一定要再嚟! continue reading

讀書時由舊店已經係常客, 佢地最吸引人係爆左既蔥油加落碗湯粉度(潮式粉面做法),其次最懷念既就係佢個唔辣既辣油,但係呢個辣油愈來愈唔好食了,而家個辣油主要係咸無左好香個個味。雙腸仍然不錯,但牛腩就唔建議大家嗌,肉薄又鞋店主媽媽主理時候,真的是最好食既時期。。。懷念。。。所以都會耐不耐幫襯 continue reading
