帶住毛孩有時想坐得舒服啲都唔得,甚至沒有得食,但估唔到俾我發現環境好,食物質素好的cafe今次帶了兩毛孩入到去,他們竟會為毛孩準備椅坐,而且是專俾毛孩坐的倚,而且每有毛孩走時會立即消毒,清潔!由於係早餐加午餐,非常肚餓,所以叫了個set-all day breakfast, 但份量竟然多到食唔曬西冷叫了7成熟,都好好,冇血之又軟熟,真係7成熟!最後加多個甜品布旬,都好好食,冇hea住大批製作感! continue reading

今個星期二, 屋企無飯開, 又唔想去太遠地方用餐, 攜眷去左屋企附近搵食.行到現祟山, 個商場好新, 而且又有好多食肆, 就入左去.正所謂近水樓台先得月, 門口已經有一間好有氣氛既西餐廳, 就入左去試.一睇個餐牌,好多野都想試,但我地兩老又食唔到好多, 所以只叫左三樣野: 煙三文魚凱撒沙律, 黑松露什菌天使麵同德國豬手.個沙律都係果幾樣野:生菜,三文魚,麵包粒同沙律醬.貌似普通但味道口感好唔一樣. 首先,d生菜上面無水珠殘留,睇得出準備時果份心機.第二, 食果時除左沙律醬既甜酸味,仲有少少咸味,使到成個沙律整體上唔單調.第三,煙三文魚唔會太咸,睇得出有落心機去採購.再離就到個德國豬手. 落單時可吩咐廚師幫你砌碎完再上碟. 呢個豬手最巴閉.食果時完全唔覺油膩,但又唔會太乾,肥瘦度適中,唔太咸, 配黑椒汁可令豬手肉更惹味.最後是天使麵. 個麵用什菌,露筍,再配黑松露炒香. 每一柱麵都有黑松露既香味,配合露筍一齊食口感更清新,而且唔膩,尼個菜係全晚最好食既,五星推介.呢個餐廳值得一試再試. continue reading

這家餐廳是黃大仙區少有的有情調,裝飾也見清雅,白白的牆壁和一些垂滕感覺很田園氣息.光猛的讓你看得清楚自己吃的料理,不錯.卡位也有很多和地方濶落.記不起這是第N次來到這兒吃飯了,當然我也有申請了OLIVE的會員咭,雖然只有9折,但女仕們總是很難抗拒這一丁點的優惠而去把自己資料呈上做會員,而其中一項會員優會是生日月份整個月都是85折.還有是會在生日月份每次都可以免費甜品,如上圖的提拉米蘇擺放精美,絕不是求其之物.酒味和甜美也控制得很好,很香滑.一直都覺得一柸LATTE一定要有拉花才算合格的,就算是簡單的心心也給人有錦上添花的作用.來這家店最愛點的自選意粉,想吃素的一天就會來吃(可選配三款配料,一款醬汁及一款意粉) continue reading

英式下午茶一向予人高雅的感覺,有次路過現祟山商場,發現有人在Olive Cafe享用,令我心思思想試。Olive Cafe用餐環境優雅舒適,在黃大仙區極為少有。英式下午茶:享用英式下午茶不單是喝茶,品嘗各種茶點,才是更重要的部分。點心以傳統三層架形式上桌,我們亦遵從次序從下而上,由鹹而甜地吃。碎蛋沙律法包:材料新鮮,與法包完美配合。吉烈炸蝦 :香脆,只是蝦身偏細,未能滿足。 磨菇酥:酥脆香口,磨菇味濃,creamy泡芙:普通貨色芝士蛋糕:貼心地分成兩份。質地結實,似是紐約芝士餅,芝士味濃,但有點滯。木糠布丁:賣相不俗,吃了之後,才發現內裡cream多於木糠,一個字可以形容--漏!英式鬆餅:不夠鬆化,嚴格黎講是硬!窩夫:很香,但非常硬......用餐刀都切不開來......|||特濃巧克力:試了一小口友人的巧克力特飲,的確是特濃,Good!草莓乳酪特飲:本人的特飲味道偏淡,草莓的香氣不特出。總結食物方面,鹹點OK,甜點有待改進。服務方面,員工動作勤快,唯一缺點是,餐牌沒有清楚說明英式下午茶提供的食物,店員也沒有介紹。環境方面,枱與枱之間相隔得遠,能給予人聊天的隱私,適合和朋友一起消磨一個愉快的下午。 continue reading

Openrice 找到li間在現崇山嘅cafe, 唸住試下佢嘅lunch. 一坐低我地就問個waitreds Wifi password. Amazingly 整個用餐過程wifi都無斷過!而且個signal仲好強!我地order 1人1個lunch set. 我order Carbonara 貝殼粉. Bacon 同埋整個醬汁嘅份量都好足夠,每一啖貝殼粉都有汁,貝殼粉煮到剛剛好。另加了$10 for Pumpkin Cream soup, 好軟滑&足料,熱辣辣👍。餐包都係熱烘烘的,塗上warm好的牛油,好正的餐前小吃!朋友order 德國腸+salad, 好大份salad, 腸烤得very nice.Drink 我地order左熱檸水and 熱檸茶,熱水&熱茶包以小壺上,都可以倒到2杯架!Service: 每次waiter approach 我地都會講excuse me,應該係想營造高級餐廳的感覺,不錯不錯!cafe無咩喧鬧聲,個用餐環境同價位都正確地吸引到佢地嘅target customer. Li度真係黃大仙區嘅新gathering 點! continue reading
