🔥大排檔呢樣嘢都係香港文化之一,但係你叫我35度之下坐喺街邊嗰度食大排檔呢就真係......無能為力🥲早幾日朋友話喺彌敦道附近食咗一間好有鑊氣嘅餐廳,佢話食咗個炒粉麵好食到wawa聲,又話食嗰啲嘢好鑊氣到十足十大排檔一樣,不過唔同嘅就係有服務同埋好夠冷氣,講到咁誇張,於是趁住尋日得閒我就即刻去試下佢講嘢嗰間“哇哇聲”坐低侍應畀個餐牌我哋係午餐嘅menu,咁過嚟食小菜嘅我又點會淨係食午餐呢!當然就要問佢攞返個大menu啦😂原來都有好多嘢食㗎喎!而部分嘅小菜都係跟飯湯嘢飲都可能只係加幾蚊,特別嘅其中一件事就係原來雖然佢係餐廳格局,但係佢竟然有啤酒飲🥤真係可以稱得上係一個有冷氣有裝修嘅大排檔!🦐米芝蓮二弄蝦球米芝蓮菜式嘅餐廳呢我都食過好幾間,但係咁平嘅米芝蓮菜式就真係好少可以食到!呢個二龍蝦球一邊係千島醬另外一邊係沾咗粉炸嘅金沙鹹蛋黃,外皮嘅質感有少少似油炸鬼,咬落去一口鬆化!脆!香!啲鹹蛋黃流心咁喺裏面流出嚟😋價錢都只係一百蚊,六大隻大蝦😮🦑黃金鮮魷冇錯又係熱氣嘢!如果食大排檔唔食返啲熱氣嘢會唔會覺得對唔住自己😂香脆嘅外皮裏面果住一層流沙嘅鹹蛋黃,油溫係火喉都掌控得好好唔會有嗰種畀啲油立住個口嘅感覺,裏面嘅鮮魷沒有過多嘅醃製,可以食到海鮮嘅鮮味🌸🍝午市套餐炒叉燒烏冬食炒嘢最緊要係夠味!夠鑊氣!佢呢度嘅炒烏冬非常之夠味,唔會淡到不停要加豉油加辣椒油加辣椒醬,相信烏冬係輕微咁樣炆過,再用大火炒返收乾,先至可以做到入味!!好食!!🥤紅豆冰凍奶茶呢度嘅紅豆冰係完整一粒粒唔會爛曬但係好夠淋,奶茶就相對普通少少睇咗餐牌呢度仲有炸子雞椒鹽鮮魷菜遠排骨米等等嘅啤酒菜式!下次一定要過嚟啤啤佢!!

周日在附近踢完波過嚟食個下午茶,不過看來下午茶時間是他們的休場時間,客人不算多,部分員工都在休息。叫了個下午茶餐,蕃茄焗豬扒飯同熱奶茶,問咗係唔係炒飯底,師傅話一定係炒茶飯底。出到嚟剛剛焗起豬扒份量不是太大,蕃茄沒有罐頭味。奶茶是港式用了斯裡蘭卡茶底,是傳統的味道。簡單食個下午茶。
