這天下午要到油麻地找換外幣, 午餐就在附近的粉麵缺店解決吧, 反正時常不想工作的老公說想念起香港的粉麵了。田記粉麵茶餐廳, 小小的粉麵餐廳,魚蛋魚片和牛雜都是名物。老公選牛三寶,是牛筋、牛腩、牛雜配河粉, 典型的牛魔王配搭。牛雜方面有牛肚牛蒡牛肺和牛腸, 份量算足但該是冰鮮貨色, 考量度價錢便不要太介懷。 牛腸洗得乾淨, 牛肚夠爽但不夠入味, 牛肺牛蒡亦然, 但仍在水準之內。清湯腩很鮮, 煮得軟爛也不錯, 最強差人意的是牛筋,煮得不夠腍滑, 如今好的牛筋難求, 也難在粉麵舖見到他的蹤影了。魚三寶是魚皮餃、魚蛋和魚角的組合,加色(腩汁) 後仍未提升到湯的層次, 就只有咸。魚皮餃大顆肉餡鮮甜, 魚蛋軟綿綿的也不錯, 魚角是魚片切下來的邊角位, 有趣又彈比較少見一定要試! 粉質湯底不怎麼樣, 但魚蛋卻是不錯, 不枉他是招牌名物。炸魚皮份量十足且炸得香脆,記得要一碗清湯才是最佳食法。這家的粉麵水準算及格而已,但不失為平常開飯的一個選擇。 continue reading

有預感呢個秋冬點燃咗舖牛腩癮大概係因為涼涼哋會比較想嚟碗熱湯吧?相對清湯腩呢個湯底就重口味得多腩汁湯底油脂幾濃厚見到一層薄薄嘅膠質至於第一刀嘅崩沙腩崩沙牛腩軟稔鬆化肉肌里嘅紋理都清晰可見夾一嚿肉汁順滑往下流畫面係幾垂涎三尺🤤另外個白蘿白吸收咗個湯底入口先係清甜之後隨腩汁就開始喺口腔注入一絲牛油香三大嚿令我食唔停口如果可以就咁叫嚟做餸就大fit!不覺有趣嘅係餐廳有另一款叫 #招牌牛腩有機會再試下再一分高下💪🏻 continue reading

Ricky推介有時都好伏,牛雜窩指月,居酒屋Hungry Monkey⋯⋯係吹大咗or餐廳唔爭氣就不得而知。今日試呢間都係佢介紹,見佢一條片隊三碗嘢:紫菜魚蛋湯 牛雜麵 崩沙腩麵,網紅真的不易做!又或者真係咁好味?我信佢㗎!因為我都試過食完蘭香雞腸米,再去耀記食雲吞麵,最後去新花整多碗清湯腩河。七點左右直入有位,舖位算細間,約八成坐滿,本來想叫腩雜河,但雙拼要加$20,第一次食暫不考慮,只係叫了一碗牛腩米線。麵湯唔差,米線就腍咗少許影響晒個口感,牛腩賣相靚仔,面嗰4件簡直滿分,下面搭咗D差少少嘅,不過牛腩同崩沙腩相信差$16,完全體諒。剩係講面嗰幾舊,肉味重但唔會韌,雖然不是我喜歡的類型,但確實不錯!辣椒油不俗,令碗麵再加分。呢種質素喺油尖旺賣呢個價錢,值頭係抵食!是日消費:牛腩米線$46 凍檸茶(跟餐)$8共 $54 continue reading
