呢間粉麵店我之前自己食咗幾次,真係唔錯,每次去都覺得質素穩定。今次又叫咗碗魚蛋河,佢哋主打日日新鮮製造。魚蛋食落比較軟身,口感偏軟,唔似嗰啲彈牙款,但味道好鮮甜,令人一試難忘。魚片切得厚身,唔係薄切所以咬落去有口感彈牙。河粉用咗幼身嗰款,滑溜又唔會太腍,配上湯底真係幾好味,湯清而帶點鮮甜,飲得出用心。最正係佢哋自家制辣油,加咗啲落去即刻令成碗河粉更加惹味,微辣中帶香,完全提升晒食嘅層次,又唔會蓋過魚蛋同魚片嘅鮮味。食咗咁多次,呢碗魚蛋河依然係我嘅心頭好。 continue reading

放工去油麻地行街街🥳🥳🥳,係地鐵站A1一出黎就見到田記粉面茶餐廳。見到師父努力烹調嘅樣貌同滿臉蒸氣,心郁郁就走去試吓一坐低🪑~點左*招牌崩沙牛腩河粉*河粉配崩沙腩加蘿蔔,再配個辣油,無得輸!崩沙腩係牛腩中最矜貴既部位,它是牛的橫膈膜,表面有一層橫膈膜連著腩肉,軟林林,肥瘦啱啱好,牛腩中既極品👍餐廳招牌菜,零舍不同鮮蝦雲吞水餃撈麵雲吞皮薄餡料足,蝦肉鮮美彈牙;水餃翼大大隻冇偷工減料,清湯配蔥同蠔油,又係值得一讚。芥蘭清甜爽滑,再配個蠔油,唔錯唔錯😌朋友叫咗杯好立克,我就叫咗杯凍檸檬🍋菜蜜配面每人都係加多8蚊,抵飲呀又菜又2個面又飲又食,飽住肚都係百五蚊左右埋單👏👏👏👏 continue reading

尋日喺旺角返工,下午茶時間就同同事去油麻地一帶搵食,朋友想食牛腩粉麵,所以我就帶咗佢去田記開餐。下午茶時間餐廳唔算多人,所以唔洗等位就已經可以入座,自己之前都有食過田記,牛腩品質唔錯,所以今次就叫咗金牌牛腩河粉 。🍜 金牌牛腩河粉 ($46) : 牛腩同粉麵份量多,牛腩入口煙韌軟糯,肉味香濃,河粉口感順滑有彈性,同事叫咗崩沙腩撈粗都讚不絕口。另外跟餐加配冷熱飲都只需 $8 蚊,所以就叫咗凍奶茶,奶茶茶底夠香濃,而且冇苦澀味。 continue reading
