於2024年12月4晚去了試他們的聖誕菜單及點了幾項單品。作為Tan的忠實粉絲,自他們在觀塘開店以來,我一直支持著他們。見證了銅鑼灣、尖沙咀店的開張,直到如今在旺角的扎根,轉型餐飲業,實在感慨萬千。是日餐湯🍄‍🟫這碗湯以冬菇、啡菇和白菇三種菌類熬製而成,湯底水分極少,卻濃縮了蘑菇的精華,令每一口都充滿了天然的香氣和滋味,令我回味無窮。香煎北海道帶子配牛油氣泡酒泡沫🍊煎帶子外酥內嫩,搭配清新的橙醬和鮮橙肉,另有白酒氣泡增添輕盈感,酸酸甜甜,令人愉悅,完美呈現廚師的用心與創意。清酒煮蜆🍶每天在街市打撈的新鮮蜆肉,沒有沙石。清酒的香氣恰到好處,既提升了海鮮的鮮味,又增添了一絲微妙的甘甜,搭配著清新的洋蔥,讓人感到無比清爽。卡邦尼意粉🥓傳統式的卡邦尼意粉,意粉煮得恰到好處,帶點麥味。濃郁的雞蛋奶油醬汁裹著意粉,每一口都香濃可口,配上香脆的豬頰肉,口感像豬油炸,一咬落去就䆁放出培根風味。立鱗燒甘鯛配茴香忌廉🐟甘鯛魚皮炸到像龍的鱗片,外表焦脆,肉質鮮美,搭配茴香忌廉醬,令整道菜更加升華,帶出魚的鮮甜與茴香的清香,配上菠草,完美的搭配。鵝肝南瓜意大利燉飯🎃這道意大利燉飯呈現出迷人的橙黃色,讓人一眼就被吸引。搭配的黑醋散發著濃郁的香氣,為整體風味增添了層次。鵝肝較肥美,與南瓜的甜味相得益彰,讓每一口都帶着滿足感。無花果栗香蜜鴨胸🦆鴨胸顏色粉嫩誘人,散發著濃郁的鴨香,配上燒汁,厚彈多汁。搭配的焦糖無花果為菜品增添了甜美,而栗子的口感更完美地與鴨胸的肉感相互融合,令人回味無窮。提拉米蘇☕️蛋糕的口感相對厚實,不像傳統的那般輕盈,卻讓人感受到濃郁的風味。每一口都充滿了豐富的層次感。在Tan的地方,讓我一貫享有最高質的服務。在旺角這地方,較少碰到此用心主理的西餐廳,老闆更表示希望在香港做好飲食業,請大家多多支持。地址: 油麻地彌敦道575號Ladder Dundas7樓 continue reading

朋友介紹嚟呢度食,喺旺角嘅樓上鋪嚟講質素算好好每樣食物嘅味道比較有層次,聽店員介紹全部都係真材實料,廚師係意識米芝蓮餐廳做過,價錢合理,上嚟食西餐飲杯嘢幾好。推薦蜆肉蒜蓉意粉,可惜冇影到相,蒜蓉味重,意粉偏硬身,但相當掛汁。feel到有心煮嘢食,每道菜店員都有同我哋介紹烹調嘅方法,但出餐比較慢,啱一路飲吓食吓。見到隔籬枱有一杯飲品有好大朵花,幾啱打卡😂同埋呢度唔會太大太嘈,環境幾chill幾舒服 continue reading
