上次經過就咁試咗北海道牛乳雪糕，覺得好好味，牛奶味重，口感絲滑，亦都冇咁快溶，所以今次試下舒芙蕾 。今次揀咗期間限定嘅雪覆樹莓味舒芙蕾，兩塊pancake都鬆軟嘅，質感有啲啲實，cream都ok接受到，唔會話好濟果啲，樹莓甜甜地，不過整體嚟講就唔算好出色 ，可能平時食開嘅疏乎厘唔係咁嘅質感 。始終深圳嘅價係平香港一半，性價比自然冇咁高，不過都接受到 。

之前試過佢嘅原味牛乳同Oreo，對比之下覺得Oreo會濃過原味，中意重味少少嘅人可能會揀Oreo，但今次試咗開心果味，覺得又係另一種清新甜嘅味道，雖然係咁多隻梳乎厘入面最貴果款，但值得一試👍🏻

I went here for dessert after the Mazesoba. This store is quite famous in Shenzhen and many have said they would go there to try it and worth queing for a long time when there was no stores in Hong Kong. Luckily, there is no queue for this branch.The doll is definitely quite cute.I tried their matcha flavor as they stated the original flavor can be quite sweet. I won't say it is airy enough to be a souffle though it is quite soft. After all, a souffle would have collapsed. As stated by the server, the flavor was not too sweet with a lovely matcha aroma without the bitterness. Overall, I think it is worth trying if you pass by the store.
