I went here for dessert after the Mazesoba. This store is quite famous in Shenzhen and many have said they would go there to try it and worth queing for a long time when there was no stores in Hong Kong. Luckily, there is no queue for this branch.The doll is definitely quite cute.I tried their matcha flavor as they stated the original flavor can be quite sweet. I won't say it is airy enough to be a souffle though it is quite soft. After all, a souffle would have collapsed. As stated by the serve

I tried their matcha flavor as they stated the original flavor can be quite sweet. I won't say it is airy enough to be a souffle though it is quite soft. After all, a souffle would have collapsed. As stated by the server, the flavor was not too sweet with a lovely matcha aroma without the bitterness. Overall, I think it is worth trying if you pass by the store.
