想吃台灣菜必看‼️一早起床想吃台灣菜,於是在openrice搜尋,看到評價不錯,特意前往。入座後發現menu截然不同,一道台灣菜式都沒有!只剩下台式飲料!點了一個大啡菇芝士和牛漢堡及木玥稻庭烏冬漢堡水準一般,份量足夠。但離譜的是那個稻庭烏冬!!!像垃圾般的大雜燴 劣質到不行整個湯底油到不行,將一大堆普通食物放在一起,叉燒、豬軟骨、餃子及不知道什麼雞蛋,都不知道吃了什麼進口。如果大家想吃日式料理 歡迎來到木玥巷。 continue reading

在「開飯喇」Search”元朗‘’,木玥巷獲得眾多好評,位居前列,一直在我bookmarks名單中。本身想試一間新開的餐廳,但跟google去錯位置,去了朗屏,路過木玥巷,乾脆誤打誤撞,入咗去一試究竟。根據大部分食家的照片顯示,這一間餐廳應該主打台灣菜式,但當日晚餐顯示的Menu偏西式,出名的鹽酥雞售罄,所以點了德國豬手同漢堡包。原隻咸豬手配薯條沙律($98)豬手:比想像中大件,個皮夠脆。醬汁:唔點醬食就偏鹹。茄汁、芥末醬一齊點,好味!薯條:正常發揮沙律:配韓國柚子醬就不太搭整個餐味道都算幾滿意。大啡菇芝士和牛漢堡($78)麵包:似嘉X麵包,可圈可點。和牛:賣相睇落係手打漢堡,本身很期待。但塊扒,沒有牛味,以為食緊豬肉,肉質太散,真係唔好食。醬汁配菜:少量酸菜幾好味,但整個汁太稀、太水,一咬下去,即刻流晒啲汁。漢堡夾心唔好食,等於失望靈魂。左:白桃桂花烏龍清茶(無糖)+$34白桃烏龍茶好濃,幾清新解膩。右:木玥招牌水果茶(西柚)$44好大杯,西柚味好出,又唔太甜。但跟餐價貴咗少少。如果再嚟呢間餐廳,我會試返佢招牌嘅台灣菜,應該唔會再食漢堡㗎啦 continue reading

專登入嚟元朗食,點知成個menu都係得burger同日式嘢,得一款係鹽酥雞拼墨魚腸飯,原來轉咗手,連成個menu都唔同晒。份量其實ok,但啲嘢食9唔搭8咁前菜比帶子裙邊,完全唔關事。鹽酥雞無味,好似冇醃過,連鹽酥雞粉都冇落… 但又無啦啦比碟茄汁你點啲雞。同埋唔理解點解啲雞件有分兩款,啲炸粉都好厚吓另外嗌咗一個大啡菇芝士漢堡,可能真係手打啦,嚿漢堡肉唔實淨,一路食一路跌出嚟勁狼狽😅 味道就正正常常只能當普通街坊餐廳咁食,$100/head左右 continue reading

隔咗好耐冇嚟食,今次嚟食返一模一樣嘅嘢,完全唔係以前嘅味道,簡直就中晒伏🥹午餐嚟到嗌咗一個鹽酥雞飯同埋一個鴨血寬粉。首先個鹽酥雞啲雞唔係以前嗰一種大大舊既雞,變咗好似喺超市買一pack急凍嗰啲麥樂雞咁,炸既方法都唔同左,炸粉厚左好多。作為一間台式餐廳,我唔明點解個飯會有泡菜,同個鹽酥香勁違和。跟住嗌咗個鴨血寬粉,個湯底完全以前唔同味,好似清水加辣椒油,連以前有嘅配菜而家都冇埋,成碗粉都唔合格🥲好可惜冇咗以前嗰種咁出色嘅味道。 continue reading
