早排去完泰國已經掛住泰國菜,所以試下呢間來自曼谷既米芝蓮必比登推介既@baanphadthai.hk 😚。🔅無骨海南雞飯 ($88)油飯唔錯🖖🏻,主角既雞最大賣點係本地雞,不過個人覺得可以再滑少少😝。醬汁方面幾出色,綠色薑蓉第一次見,磨到好滑,幾特別,另外兩隻醬油同辣醬都好味!如果雞滑啲就perfect 😋。🔅燒豬頸肉炒金邊粉 ($88)金邊粉同平時食開既唔太一樣😂,口感較煙靭,加埋花生粒同辣粉唔錯😌。豬頸肉燒得好香好好味😍。🔅炸蝦餅 ($88)呢個好出色!炸得岩岩好,蝦餅自家手打夠晒彈牙🏻👍🏻。黃梅醬都唔係平時既甜酸雞醬,同蝦餅好夾👍🏻。🔅沙嗲雞串 ($68)碳火慢燒雞串都唔錯,啖啖肉。沙嗲醬做到泰國地道既口味,重花生味,唔錯🤤。🔅馬拉盞炒通菜 ($78)通菜不過不失,偏油左少少。 💬整體食物同環境都唔錯,價錢唔算特別貴,份量唔算少👍🏻。
