Restaurant: La Parole

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食左幾日中菜,放工走到上環食西餐。今次選左Fine Dine 同社企合作的La Parole。一來是因爲同事推介抵食,而且近公司。 餐廳係文咸東街的柏廷坊3樓。地方好闊落,座位好多。晚市時段好熱鬧。 呢度的賣點係6道course的晚餐,因為在中上環地區以不用500蚊的價錢食到fine dine,絕對十分超值! 先奉上自家製麵包,搽上蒜蓉番茄醬,清新而能安撫一下飢餓的腸胃。第一道菜係北海道帶子二重奏。凍食的帶子刺身配意大利魚子醬;熱食的煎帶子配上日本山葵。兩者同樣肥美。一冷一熱的帶子,帶來雙重口感。 第二道菜是蟹肉露筍意大利飯,上枱一刻大家都奇怪,靚仔侍應解釋其實係以露筍作飯,將露筍切得細細粒,加入蟹肉,卜卜脆又健康,頗令人感到新鮮的一道菜色。招牌的龍蝦湯夠晒香濃,飲落仲有粒粒龍蝦。過場來了一客小小的香橙雪葩清清味蕾,準備迎接餘下的主菜。不過未上主菜前,再來了個煎鱈魚。鱈魚煎得皮脆肉嫩,番茄香蒜奶油汁味道比較輕身,不會蓋過本身的魚味,不失為一道輕怡的過場菜!來到主菜的龍蝦及牛柳,賣相精緻。先說牛柳,Size不算大,但5成熟的它恰到好處。中間透著嫩紅,肉味夠濃,伴碟的粒粒南瓜、青瓜、紅蘿

龍蝦以榛子芝士忌廉汁焗,所以芝士味濃,蝦肉爽口彈牙。火雞卷肉厚,大大一卷,凍食的它啖啖肉,點上雞雜汁,再伴上一粒肥美的帶子,多添了一份美味。

最後的甜品雜莓紅桑子蛋糕配咖啡雪糕,雪糕由比利時入口,奶味重且咖啡味濃郁,雜莓酸酸甜甜,3層配搭的紅桑子蛋糕上層係紅莓mousse,整個甜品配搭是香濃酸甜集一身,享受到多重口感。

閒日的晚飯時間這裏也很熱鬧,氣氛十分不錯。親民的價格可以食到有質素又有服務的Fine Dine,而且又可以做到善事,完全係一舉兩得。如果想係中上環食個地方同朋友聚會,或者靜靜地食餐Fine Dine,呢度係十分不錯的選擇。
