舊同事轉新工,但又係觀塘區,放工相約見見面,交流下近況,揀左間未試過嘅西餐聚聚。 餐廳係中海日升中心,門面唔算起眼,店裏走暗調路線,有幾幅日本風情畫,牆上亦有一整排酒樽。 我地點左Set dinner,餐湯,沙律,主菜,甜品都不過二百零蚊,好抵食。 點多左3個小食,先黎呑拿魚他他,用湯羹上,賣相得意。每一羹都堆埋吞拿魚蓉,魚蓉帶少許日本醋酸及灑上芝麻,開胃之選。 招牌雞翼令人驚喜,皮脆肉嫩,雞翼一分為二,但切法貼心,拎上手好似拎緊隻小型雞槌,好方便,配個微辣的番茄醬,夠晒惹味。 牛肉波又係令人驚喜,因為炸得香口的牛肉入面係流心芝士,而且伴有薯蓉增加口感,好食! 餐湯質感濃稠,有淡淡松露味,蒜蓉包偏乾,但點湯黎食,剛好。 來到前菜凍蝦,又大隻又鮮甜,最重要夠凍又夠爽,水準以上的跟餐品。 主菜葱燒雞卷,必食之選!雞肉應是以脾位,包裹住香葱,灑上芝麻,配上自家特調燒汁。一件一口,,雞肉的嫩和葱香,還有燒汁的味道,整體令人驚喜!!! 主菜之二加拿大豬扒配芥末汁,豬扒肉厚,似個小斧頭。切開裏頭,白肉中帶點粉紅,啖啖肉。其伴碟炸薯波,香脆又帶點癡牙,好食!

最後的甜品牛乳布甸,又係水準以上之作。布甸質感杰身,是我喜悅的質感。牛乳味濃又香,甜度又剛好,小小的一杯為是日晚飯劃上句號。

連餐飲埋單先330,絕對超值到暈。比起其他西餐廳動輒都要過千蚊食到的set dinner,呢度幾百蚊就可食到,去觀塘又多個選擇了。
