To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又是一個遲放工的夜,同約了遲放工的人,來到耀華街的Shack Tapazakla透透氣。一直喜歡這間街角小店的開揚設計,有中環soho的吵鬧,卻有屬於後街的一份慵懶,所以夜晚不少外國人喜歡三五成群,或獨自一人到這裏喝一杯。 高樓底增加了空間感,更喜歡這裏的開揚設計,推開移動的玻璃門,便與外街連接,手捧一杯紅酒,站著也是暢快的街角逗留。 我倆安然坐下,歐美的抒情歌在餐廳裏迴盪,悠揚的旋律,令人陶醉。 點了一份$398的二人套餐,侍應先為我們酙酒,我要白酒你要紅酒,碰一下杯,相視而笑。然後又送來了炙烤生牛肉他他。我喜歡紅中帶白的筋位,咬落有韌性,他他本身咸咸地,感覺覺有啲似風乾火腿。日本枝豆雖只是白酌,但加進了海鹽,多了一份惹味。送酒確是一流。我們坐在餐廳旁接近後巷的開揚位置,不時有放工的藍白領經過。那種匆匆,和我們的慢慢,彷彿是滑稽對比。 接著送來了串燒拼盤,雞軟骨、牛小排、雞腿肉、鮮菇及紫薯,都是即叫即燒的,好味!!雖然飲住紅酒,但就帶住一種日式居酒屋的味道。 這裏其實就係酒吧,所以周圍都放著酒,bar tender身後的旋轉酒架,放著用木桶釀製的紅酒。牆身延綿而上到天花都是各種的紅

這裏其實就係酒吧,所以周圍都放著酒,bar tender身後的旋轉酒架,放著用木桶釀製的紅酒。牆身延綿而上到天花都是各種的紅酒。因為店主愛酒,所以連天花的暗角位,都放著自家釀製的梅酒。總之,酒,全店都係酒。

吃了一輪前菜,主菜來了個牛油炒花甲。花甲肥美,牛油炒成的醬汁濃而不咸。

另外的主菜是什菌野菜湯烏冬,大大的一碗,湯底是用豆漿煮成的,十分濃郁的奶白色,金菇、木耳絲、大豆芽、椰菜絲、津白絲、木魚絲,材料著實豐富,配搭簡單,但味道可口又飽肚。

甜品是綠茶雪糕配雪米糍及士多啤梨雪葩,兩者都是清新之選,酒足飯飽後來一點甜,壓力頓消。
