放工到銅鑼灣一帶揾食,朋友帶了我來這家他的午飯食堂。燒肉料理廣,這裏是黃牛的專門店,基本上各種各類的日本和牛,都可以在這裏吃到。我們來到,當然不浪費這個吃牛的機會。二話不說便點了這裏的A5飛驒牛二人套餐。野菜醋物沙律、漬物和茶碗蒸先上,開胃一下。茶碗蒸水潤滑嫩也夠熱,食完腸胃得到一陣暖意。先來一個和牛他他,也許並不多人接受全生的牛肉,但其實生牛肉可以毫無牛羶味。和牛他他加入了雪梨,粒粒的切法食落更有口感,似食三文魚。這裏飲品選擇不少,我們選了街外不常見的黑醋栗雞尾酒。黑醋栗西柚的柚味夠濃,粒粒西柚肉,酸酸甜甜易入口,朋友的黑醋栗檸檬真係一整個檸檬自己榨,酸度自己控制。炙燒赤身飛驒牛壽司、炙燒霜降A5飛驒牛壽司是熱身之作,小小的飯上就是炙燒得閃亮肥美的牛肉,不點醬料都已經好好食!主角拼盤有10款和牛!先來當然要試一下稀有部位和尚頭、龜之子!這兩個部份比較薄切,油花和肉平均分怖,入口肉味較濃!肉眼卷、臀骨肉、里脊肉、上後腰脊肉、西冷和肉眼扒芯等,個人認為牛脂感重,食落口帶有濃濃的脂肪香,白飯是最佳配搭!我們好吃,但要是你要我選出哪個部位最吸引,我想有選擇困難,因為這個套餐的肉都是嫩紅雪白相
