To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黎自神户既石田屋係選材上十分講究,唔單止要挑選由神户兵庫縣養殖既雌牛,仲要直接由牧場空運到香港🇭🇰確保所有牛都係正宗優質。餐廳環境好開揚,職員都好細心幫我地安排左望維港景色既卡位,抽風系統唔錯,無油煙味殘留係衣物上。🐄石田屋五點盛五點盛分別係夏多布里昂,牛小排,臂肉心,牛板腱同腰脊蓋肉。夏多布里昂係和牛最矜貴既部位之一,首先將牛牛最嫩既部位—菲力分為五小份,然後位於中央最厚個舊就係夏多布里昂!肉質好柔軟,雪花紋路好精緻,油脂分佈均勻🫶🏻入口有小小似棉花糖咁化開,令人驚歎不已既口感!牛小排切成厚厚一條,燒好後非常之嫩紅同富有光澤,入口肉汁飽滿,口感好細膩則富有咀嚼感!臂肉心比起其他四款脂肪較少,同樣都係以厚切形式呈現,肉味係咁多款之中最香濃。至於牛板腱同腰脊蓋肉都表現得好出色,不過食到一半其實都分唔太出每一件既分別😹🐄推薦三點盛呢幾款係有用醬汁醃製過既肉,分別有肩胛肉,牛肋肉同赤身肉。肩胛肉肉質結實,處於一個經常運動🏋️既部位,所以相對上無咁多油花油脂,入口都係柔嫩同比較清爽,有小小筋不過無礙食用。牛肋肉係肉味同牛脂中取得平衡,肉汁同脂肪一半一半,咬落肉質相當嫩口,加少少鹽一齊食更帶出和牛

呢幾款係有用醬汁醃製過既肉,分別有肩胛肉,牛肋肉同赤身肉。肩胛肉肉質結實,處於一個經常運動🏋️既部位,所以相對上無咁多油花油脂,入口都係柔嫩同比較清爽,有小小筋不過無礙食用。牛肋肉係肉味同牛脂中取得平衡,肉汁同脂肪一半一半,咬落肉質相當嫩口,加少少鹽一齊食更帶出和牛既鮮甜!赤身肉亦都係比較少大理石油花分佈既部位,肉身依然軟腍不過肉味就好突出,需要更多既嚼勁,彈性比較多而又唔過韌。

👅特上鹽牛舌
厚切牛舌售罄☹️唯有叫個薄切既鹽款,口感無咁充實,入口偏爽身,有些微嚼勁,不過就無左食牛舌個份滿足感!鹽味部分就唔係太食得出,都係要靠蘸醬汁提味。

和牛,海膽同三文魚籽都係令人嘩嘩叫既食材🥳輕輕一灸和牛令和牛既油脂爆出黎,入口慢慢溶化既肉肉包住新鮮既海膽同三文魚籽,味道係口腔大爆發,口感軟綿綿加上三文籽卜卜既鹹脆,幸福感滿滿!

食左巨量肉之後最岩食碗涼浸浸既冷麵解膩🥰麵質彈牙煙韌又咬得斷,冷麵汁好清澈
又清爽 ,小小酸味味再撈埋泡菜,紫菜碎,蔥花,食完有一種透心涼既感覺!
