從西班牙自家農場直送,養殖時只用橡果和香草餵飼,令肉質帶有獨特榛果香🌰
簡單以鹽巴、黑椒、橄欖油調味,已十分足夠,亦能突出豬肉的天然味道
是日嚐的是【豬胺】位置,具厚度、顏色粉嫩粉嫩的,相當吸引
肉質鮮嫩、肉汁豐富、味道濃郁,帶脂肪位置尤其香
伴碟有蒜片、油封蕃茄、南瓜蓉/薯蓉(?)、露荀,還可以自選一道side,非常豐富!

USDA Prime肉眼扒經自家乾式熟成45天以上,烤至推薦的medium rare熟度
外面帶焦香,內裡肉質保持軟嫩,而且油脂也好豐富,肉汁滿滿,牛味超香濃!
