約咗朋友嚟荃灣 IKEA 睇家品,由於晏咗起身,連早餐都未食,所以提議先到附近搵間餐廳,吃頓午餐才出發。 友人想吃泰菜,上網見到有人推介呢間「Thai 2.0」,據說餐廳係由泰北廚師主理,供應多款地道泰式美食,好適合同朋友開心 Share!餐廳位於愉景新城,店內空間寬敞,佔地約 2,700 呎,採用簡約開揚嘅設計,室內掛有盆栽作裝飾,再配襯牆上嘅壁畫,充分展現泰國椰林樹影嘅悠閒之感。朋友點咗泰式明爐烏頭 ($168),而其他菜式就交由我發辦。元朗烏頭連埋火爐原條上檯,魚肉新鮮嫩滑,面頭鋪滿了香芹、肉碎和粉絲,再配搭以香茅、青檸、酸梅及辣椒等材料煮出嚟嘅湯,入口酸辣有層次,提鮮醒胃,《泰》有風味。泰式咸肉炒椰菜苗 ($80)  椰菜苗油潤翠綠,嫩身又爽口;脆炸腩肉味道亦啱啱好,鹹鹹香香,而且食落又唔會太肥膩,配搭入味又爽甜嘅椰菜苗,味道一流!另外仲點咗個泰式飯餐:香葉肉碎太陽蛋飯 ($68),套餐奉送飲品,另外仲可以用優惠價追加小食。豬肉碎加咗豆角、紅椒同香葉一齊炒,食落好香口,鑊氣十足。太陽蛋有流心蛋黃,戳破半熟蛋,將蛋汁與飯粒及肉碎拌勻同吃,微辣滋味,讓人回味無窮。跟餐嘅泰式奶茶,味

跟餐嘅泰式奶茶,味道亦唔錯,不會像港式茶走般甜膩,入口十分滑溜。小食香茅雞翼炸至金黃色,皮脆肉嫩,最啱用嚟過下口癮。

最後食埋個甜品,本來揀咗泰式千層糕,不過店員話未返貨,改點咗椰汁西米糕 ($34)。

嘩!一客 6 件,份量十足,而且味道非常討好,不但清甜軟滑,椰香味亦十分濃郁,配上底層嘅西米、粟米粒和芋頭,令口感更加豐富。
