To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ✨傳統豬肉蝦燒賣/懷舊燒賣好多酒樓點心店都有賣,墨魚都係第一次見☺️外觀基本上同傳統燒賣一樣,有雲吞皮包住墨魚滑肉餡,鋪上蟹籽點綴,手工質素屬一般,唔係特別精緻
✨咬開墨魚餡幾彈牙👷🏻‍♀️細孖見到一條幼黑絲,真係墨魚打成膠既,調味方面比較重口味,好重胡椒粉味🥲,墨魚滑中間留左個位放龍蝦汁,但湯汁味道好淡,食唔到龍蝦汁味🙅🏻‍♀️比較失望

✨白色既似係紅棗蓉餅,外皮露可能放耐左有少少硬左,加入黑糖/黃糖混合紅棗蓉,微甜又補血,啱晒女仔補身食
✨透明既係桂花糕,加入紅色食用色素倒入模具整成玫瑰花形狀,好高貴,味道就相對清淡,桂花味唔算太出,但外觀取勝
