To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沙嗲王就由細食到大嫁啦，今次係第二次寫關於佢嘅嘢食，原因係唔知點解佢到而家都唔使點排隊，鬧市中都不失為一個好選擇。🤪芝士肉醬年糕，就即係芝士肉醬意粉嘅年糕版，冇乜特別，好似普通嘅肉醬意粉，但係有好多芝士做拉絲嘅感覺，。作為年糕控嘅我非常之滿意，雖然賣相好頹。🧀🧟‍♀️石鍋蝦醬炒通菜就係平時酒樓食到嘅蝦醬炒通菜，呢個配搭不嬲都好食㗎啦，今次味道偏鹹，但都係好食。而勝在石鍋夠熱，成餐食完都唔會攤凍晒，推介。👍🏻至於每次嚟到必食嘅白咖喱香茅豬扒飯，反而係失望所在：因為今次D豬扒都唔係好靚，炸得有啲老身，仲細舊左添。下次都係叫返日式蟹粉鍋算啦🤮🤦🏻‍♀️整體來講，兩個人食$200都唔使其實好鬼抵，月尾食感覺真良好。😈-芝士肉醬年糕 | $46石鍋蝦醬炒通菜 | $54白咖喱香茅豬扒飯 | $60-
