To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我想食印尼嘅，而家印尼嘅餐廳平時有好多印尼人經過都會品嚐。當然除左印尼人，都會吸引一啲住喺附近嘅前來拜訪門口放咗一啲印尼嘅小食餐牌每一個主菜都非常特別，我平時都好少見。高良薑炸雞荷葉飯燒雞嘅醬汁辛辣，感覺非常澎湃，啲人刺激興奮。醬汁令人食指大動，回味無窮，辛辣的感覺衝擊味覺神經。燒雞有雞髀部位，多汁鮮嫩無比，配合醬汁味道絕配，相信這個菜式必須要回來再次品嚐！附近仲有豆腐伴碟芋頭餅椰漿飯有手套巴東班蘭尖塔飯班蘭飯有清香嘅斑蘭葉味道，飯粒軟棉帶黏性巴東牛肉，當然又非常出色，味道濃郁，醬汁有香葉香料調味，有少少辣，可以為牛肉提味，令人胃口大增花膠湯時菜箭葉果柑桔平時一般餐廳只可以檸檬柑橘，而家印尼餐廳就可以有一個特別嘅水果，箭葉果。味道個配搭非常嚇親，冇咗檸檬嘅苦味，但係有獨特嘅甘芬香，非常滋潤，而且有異國風情😚，大家記得試一試，唔係常常有牛油果沙冰好靚嘅翠綠色，牛油果新鮮香滑，唔會甜，飲落去非常足料，看起來非常健康
