To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同friend嗌咗一碗花膠面😋一個炸髀🍗同埋一舊牛肉🍖,都幾抵食吓。個花椒湯河粉好有鮮味,可以試得出係精心熬製嘅嗰啲湯底~^ ^印象最深嘅係佢哋嘅奶茶🥤都唔算話好甜啱啱合適。最重要嘅係都幾有特色嘅,因為好多嘢都係綠色,但係食起上嚟又幾有食慾嘅😆😙😙
