To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

《譚仔比不上譚仔三哥》

第一次吃沒有三哥的譚仔，這次亦可能是最後一次。 我不知道這間譚仔的食物特別差，還是每間譚仔都如出一轍。我點了雞肉豬肝麻辣十小辣，湯底只有鹹味和麻辣的香，絲毫沒有辣味。唯一的優點是雞肉和豬肝比較滑，可能是醃製時，放多了鷹粟粉。以後我會回到三哥的懷抱，譚仔三哥份量多些，湯底味道濃得多，那才是我想吃的。
