To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Chatterbox Café呢間新加坡菜餐廳已經係我wish list 入面好耐，知道屋企附近Airside開左一段時間，近近地仲唔立即安排！.餐廳既環境好寬敞，四周放有唔少綠植，令人心情愉悅，座位闊落坐得好舒服，枱與枱之間隔得遠，私隱度高，好適合情侶朋友傾計聚會。🔹文華海南雞飯🔹呢到既名物點可以唔叫，雞肉我特意轉雞胸。價錢唔平架，但雞肉份量好多，係平時既1倍。雞肉已去骨，而且厚身。雞胸肉居然咬落去非常嫩滑，完全唔會柴。黑醬油、鮮薑蓉及酸辣汁呢個標準配搭當然唔少得。雞油飯望落淡色，但味道香而且飯粒粒分明，又有咬口。隨餐仲有一碗鮮甜既豆腐湯，非常滿足，$138 係值得。🔹海鮮炒貴刁🔹有驚喜！首先海鮮係足料，有大蝦、魷魚、大大隻刺身級帶子，非常高質同有誠意。其次，上菜既時候仲係熱辣辣新鮮炒起，食到鑊氣十足，然後麵條唔油又鹹度適中，十分推介。
