To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平常也喜歡吃麵包,新派麵包感覺特別,而且口味選擇多。在港會有多家手作麵包店,但🍠也被洗版的就不多。這次去了「品穀」佐敦店,是家以天然酵母種及新鮮無添加餡料制作,吃出來包質鬆軟味道香甜,大人小朋友也愛吃de口味。-可麗露:外層焦香微脆,內裡鬆軟香甜,散發淡淡酒香味。牛角包:有25層de牛角酥,吃起來層次分明,挺香牛油味。開心果雪山貝高:包質較有嚼感,開心果果味香濃口感香脆。-這裡的麵包款式挺多,看到被吸引著了🤣。另外入手了蜂蜜山丘、紫糬、芋泥小盒及海鹽布里歐。每一款也有寫材料成份,不用怕吃錯致敏de食物。貝果和甜品也有多個口味,要來多幾次才行唄😂。-蜂蜜山丘:天然蜂蜜味味道清甜,直接吃不加醬料也可以欵。紫糬:每一口吃到滿滿紫糬和麻糬,吃得到香濃紫糬味。芋泥小盒:充滿奶香de芋泥盒子,口感豐富甜而不膩。海鹽布里歐:像蛋糕質感挺特別,咸咸甜甜味道特別。-
