To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天相約媽媽晚飯，選擇了太古坊附近的新加坡菜😋我們先叫了二人小食拼盤😍😍共有四款小食：黃金豆腐、囉喏沙律、雞絲海蜇、話梅番石榴~難得四款都美味又有份量👍推介~海鮮喇沙同樣都很足料，配料有大蝦、大大粒元貝、蟹棒、魚片、熟蛋😍湯底濃郁又不會很辣!👍媽媽本來叫了娘惹雞煲，侍應下錯單變了百味雞煲🤭吃至中途才發現，不過媽媽都很滿意，雞肉嫩滑又入味，配一碗白飯就最適合不過!我們還叫了兩杯凍飲，柚子檸檬酸酸甜甜很醒胃😗檸檬薏米低糖健康🤗另外餐廳侍應都很體貼，上熱水時叮囑我們小心燙，又及時幫我們替換盛骨頭的碟，我和媽媽都很滿意今天這一頓飯😘🙂🙂
