To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日漫無目的咁喺鰂魚涌閒逛,見到間叫隨心嘅餐廳,就隨心咁入咗去食餐飯😂叫咗三樣嘢:魚蛋魚片頭喇沙、無骨海南雞飯、沙嗲雞串燒由於今日晏晝已經食咗好多海鮮,所以冇叫海鮮喇沙,魚蛋魚片頭喇沙好多料,而且喇沙湯底濃郁,辣度適中,加上爽滑嘅米粉,飽肚之餘熱辣辣,好啱冬天食至於海南雞飯嘅雞肉去咗骨,食得好方便,而且雞肉份量慷慨,非常嫩滑,令人食落好滿足雞肉串燒有六大串,燒得香口之餘又保留咗雞肉嘅嫩滑感,好抵食呢間餐廳位於鰂魚涌海光街,地點方便,而且性價比高,好啱上班一族食#隨心 continue reading

星期五放工之後同老公去屋企附近既隨心食晚飯。食物唔錯之外,服務態度亦唔錯。海鮮喇沙粉底係米粉同瀨粉兩溝,可以同時間食到唔同既口感,喇沙湯底幾好味,有椰香,又唔會好辣,配料都好足,有蝦、帆立貝、魚片、蟹柳、蛋、豆卜、芽菜,好豐富。檳城海鮮炒飯上碟熱辣辣,連隻碟都係熱架。炒飯夠乾身,唔會痴埋一舊,海鮮切到細細舊,令到你每啖都食到唔同既配料。飲品叫左熱桂花紅茶同凍雪梨茶(少冰)。桂花紅茶茶味好濃,雪梨茶夠清甜。 continue reading

剛剛聖誕節假期去了馬來西亞旅行,吃了很多美食,最難忘是當地人帶了我去一間小店吃喇沙,美味得很,回港也一定念念不忘。回港後決定要找回美味。店子地方闊落,設有多張四人枱、寬敞卡座、長梳化座配二至四人枱,還有一排面牆的單人位,整齊企理,感覺舒適。店子最吸引我是這張獅頭魚尾像畫,噴出水泉好有動感。選擇不少,有小食、主菜、湯、主食、喇沙、蔬菜、甜品和飲品等。******************************我第一時間點了碗慢煮牛肉嗽沙 Sous Vide Beef in Red Curry Laksa ($80),香氣四散,加上放滿食材,滿滿一大碗,非常吸引。湯身濃厚,香辣味中帶點椰香,一點也不嗆喉,香濃美味!麵料相當豐富,有手打魚片,彈牙鮮味;豆卜吸了湯汁很入味;半隻熟蛋有蛋香;芽菜爽身。當然不少得三大件牛肋條,肉質相當腍嫩,夾雜了少許筋和肥膏,牛香油潤,好正!麵底 「摻摻麵」是選用了米粉和瀨粉,又滑又彈,而且沒有油麵那麼油膩,加上很掛湯,啖啖香濃,滋味!******************************另叫自選時菜 Optional Vegetables ($68): 杞子上湯通菜,清爽翠綠,除杞子外,還有雜菌和蟲草花,好豐富。------------------------------店子的喇沙味道讓我重拾找回馬來西亞的美味,回味無窮! continue reading

經過見到有間新加坡菜,價錢又非常親民,好耐冇食星加坡嘅海南雞,所以就同friend 去食。 海南雞飯 推介佢呢度嘅海南雞冇骨之餘好大份,雞味比較重,而且肉係非常嫩滑。 油飯唔會好油,有少少香茅味。 最特別嘅係佢會包一碗雞湯,雞湯食落去冇味精嘅。臨走先見到出邊門口寫住原來本店用嘅嘢都係冇味精。 難怪個雞湯淡淡嘅雞香味,但係飲完又唔口渴。 魚蛋魚片喇沙 改雞湯呢度嘅湯粉有個小特位,佢用檬粉同瀨粉兩溝。 可能我好少食過呢一類,覺得好特別 。食落去每一啖嘅口感都有兩款,檬粉就好幼好滑。瀨粉就多咬口啲啲。雞湯都係偏清,但係又唔會好寡。 魚蛋非常Q彈,多魚味。凍檸檬薏米水見到佢寫住低糖,我又多手吉個檸檬。所以整體就酸酸地少甜,非常多薏米。冰粉未食過新加坡嘅冰粉,所以就好奇。 佢上面有啲花生,益力多味嘅爆爆珠,仲有兩款提子乾。 食落去佢冇落好多中式冰粉嘅糖漿,所以佢嘅甜味來自於提子乾,感覺比較健康幾鍾意間餐廳主要嘅食物都健康為主,啱晒我呢啲又想食,但係又怕出邊嘢食多味精嘅人。價錢又比較親民,係平民嘅新加坡菜❤️ continue reading
