To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

哩間台灣小店聞名已久 少有以蚵仔作為招牌嘅台式小店🦪 小店位置唔多 今次坐咗窗邊嘅位置🪟🔸月見海老蚵仔鮭魚蝦卵魯肉飯 $118睇個食物名就知道配料非常豐富 滿足晒貪心嘅我 魯肉唔會過鹹 配埋生蛋黃拌飯啱啱好🍚蚵仔份量多而且粒粒都十分飽滿🦪🔸起司薯餅蛋餅加雞扒 $48蛋皮厚薄適中 仲有拉絲芝士🧀雞扒大塊厚肉 肉質嫩滑 但稍嫌唔夠入味 薯餅加上雞扒呢個配搭非常飽肚😌 不過個人都係鍾意食肉鬆、粟米嗰啲餡料多啲😝🔸無冰芋泥鮮奶 $28無冰但又做到凍 唔怕溝淡晒芋泥份量唔少🟣 無另外加糖 啱晒怕飲甜嘢嘅人
