To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我很重視小朋友飲食的健康，但事實又難以避免會吃到不健康的食物。所以在可以選擇的情況下，我都盡量買比較健康的食物。其實麵包不是一種健康的食物，不過我和我的小朋友又很喜歡吃麵包。這間店打著無添加麵包的旗號，吸引到我幫襯。店中我覺得最好吃之一是：🙂開心果紅莓牛角包（$32）隔了一晚，用焗爐焗熱，酥皮還是脆脆的，內裡的蜂巢形狀鮮明，口感很好，配上開心果紅莓醬，味道很好。頂上還有一舊焗脆了開心果，喜歡吃果仁的我覺得很好吃。是我在香港吃過的牛角包最好吃的3間之一。已經encore 多次了。
