< Hinotama Sushi & Teppanyaki > is a rather new addition to The L Place.
Serving both teppanyaki and omakase, the restaurant has different rooms to separate the two sections. There are three rooms for teppanyaki (which can be combined into one to make a larger space), styled in a dark theme; and one large room for omakase, featuring brighter colors.
Enjoyed a great teppanyaki dinner here in one of their private rooms. Ingredients were fresh, chef was professional and friendly. Overall experience was really nice. Highly recommended!

整間房間可容納八人。這晚只招待我們一組客人,私隱度超級高,吃得也特別暢快
整體用餐經驗非常好 - 海鮮非常新鮮;師傅手勢熟練(畢竟是有十多年經驗的鐵板燒師傅!),也會貼心的按客人口味調整調味跟食物熟度;環境非常好;服務生看上去比較嫩,經驗不太豐富 (?),有進步空間~

師傅熟練的把餐點順序安排妥當,即使我們享用不同套餐,也可以同時進食相應的course
同時也按我們需要,把不同套餐的餐點分成多份,讓我們都可以享受另外一個套餐的菜式

雖然已經非常飽足,但還有胃口把它全吃進肚子裡 ꒰ ♡´∀`♡ ꒱

訂座時備註了來慶祝朋友生日,麻煩餐廳在甜點上加上祝賀語或蠟燭等,但看見雪糕跟焦糖多士都沒有做到這個驚喜,想必忘記了 (´・ ・`)
但原來他們另外準備了一件小小的芝士蛋糕\(・o・)/!,還點上蠟燭、寫上Happy Birthday,希望壽星有享受這個驚喜吧~
