-The two of us ordered just two items, the { crispy fried tofu } and the { lobster with E-fu noodles and cheese }, but still left the restaurant with a full stomach because the noodle dish was super filling.

位於灣仔的《尚夢 • 茳煳》開業於去年九月，主打新派中菜。無論是菜式還是餐廳裝潢，都在中式味道中流露著一絲摩登感覺
更特別的是這裡還提供〔中式廚師發辦〕，菜單由廚師設計；另外午市套餐還有不少選擇。附近的打工仔又有多一個吃午餐的地方啦～
-一步進餐廳，會經過一排吧檯；往內走就有數張卡座；樓上還有數間房間

茶以透明玻璃容器盛載，以小蠟燭保溫
店員不時加熱水、為客人倒茶，很貼心
-這天為了〔龍蝦伊麵〕而來，多點了一道小吃〔黃金豆腐〕
因為龍蝦伊麵份量十足，也比較膩，這樣兩道菜，兩人已吃得非常飽
還是要多點人才可以多試一點菜式😛
本來還想試一下他們的〔大良炸鮮奶〕，只能有機會再來啦

像這道黃金豆腐售價$88，現在已漲價至$92
豆腐磚四件為一組，每組各疊成兩層，三組總共12件，我們每人吃掉了六件，還沒來主食已經飽了不少🤣
豆腐皮脆肉嫩，炸漿裡加入了芝麻，加添香氣；表面灑上辣粉，更惹味
但炸漿較厚，炸得比較硬～如果炸漿薄一點就更美味啦😋

這道菜為特別菜式，在主菜單裡找不到～來之前看網上評論說「波士頓龍蝦 $388、澳洲龍蝦 $488」，但來到的時候已漲價至五百多，也沒有龍蝦品種的選擇😅
賣相精緻，伊麵上蓋上龍蝦球、澎湃的芝士醬汁還有芝士脆片，打卡一流🥰
醬汁用上了三款芝士：低脂芝士、巴馬臣芝士、車打芝士，還配上巴馬臣芝士脆片
芝士味道濃郁，味道層次豐富，絕非外面吃到的只有淡淡的芝士奶油味
龍蝦鮮味濃濃，口感彈牙，沾上芝士的鹹香🧀
吃下去非常滿足，但多吃還是會有點膩，建議多人分享喔🥢
