To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直想試這小店…但位置有點難找…是日放下急速步伐,慢慢找尋一下吧雖然行錯了路…畢竟遇上了 - SP_CE店舖門外戶外座位服務員貼心安排我坐下來等位;還遞上一杯水看完餐單後,挑選了我想飲奶昔牛油果奶昔配上忌廉加少許碎檸檬皮;令原本郁濃的牛油果添了一點清新感覺小店出名的貝果,當然點了餐廳推介口味。貝果烘焙到外層帶一點點焦香及芝麻香氣,內𥚃有點兒煙韌口感香滑而濃的炒蛋帶著濃烈黑松露醬賬單SP_CE 總結:值得一試!
