To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去完香港醫學博物館,想搵個地方坐低抖下,見到附近有間cafe,行過去唔使5分鐘星期六下午5點幾去到,唔使等直入可以揀坐室外/室內,今日實在太熱,我哋果斷揀室內叫完嘢食唔使等好耐就上菜(差少少衝動叫咗黑松露二人餐)點咗最多人叫嘅黑松露炒蛋bagel,真係好好好香,食到好滿足,估唔到咁大份之後食咗個墨汁魷魚意粉、蟹肉餅墨汁魷魚意粉好惹味,但係食到成個口都黑鼆鼆蟹肉餅正常發揮~比較surprise有開心果鮮奶(凍/熱),即刻叫返杯(可惜我飲咗啖先記得影相)我哋食完坐咗陣傾吓偈,都冇趕我哋走

雞胸義大利包,雞胸比得好慷慨好大方,旁邊仲有少少沙律菜,額外我都加左牛油果,呢款味道就比較清淡啲,雞胸都好滑身,如果想追求健康既都不妨可以叫呢款試下!另外份量都好大,女仔黎講我覺得都好飽肚。

週末約咗男朋友食brunch 搵咗間出名食黑松露炒蛋嘅cafe 呢間Cafe距離地鐵站有一段距離 夏天行到過去已經身水身汗 而且室內冇乜位 我哋最後被安排坐喺出面Cafe係喺入面點咗餐先 之後會有職員送餐過嚟意大利黑松露醬炒蛋貝果 $108好大份!貝果好脆 有少少硬 主角黑松露炒蛋好滑 好香黑松露味 夠晒邪惡 切開入面都有生菜 蕃茄 尙算健康 不過食到最後好膩 一定叫杯fresh啲嘅飲品解膩牛油果青醬鮮蛋意粉 $118見佢個鮮蛋意粉都好出名 所以叫咗一個 好多牛油果青醬 食完好飽有少少濟 不過都好好食😋好重牛油果味 好creamy 總結: 建議下次唔好將兩樣好膩好飽嘅嘢叫埋一齊 因為只會更飽同未必食得晒 不過食物水準都高 而且好好食😋值得一試黑松露炒蛋bagel

I仔小編好鍾意weekend去啲少人嘅cafe chill下,靜靜地傾下計🙂↔️今次去嘅呢間cafe都算出名,尤其係佢哋嘅黑松露炒蛋貝果🙈的確好好食㗎!不過今次想介紹下佢其他嘢食,同樣冇令我哋失望🤤🪐海苔雞卷($88)啱啱炸起嘅雞肉卷爆哂汁,充滿肉香,一份都有~10件㗎,唔係hea你嘅份量,啱哂一班人一齊share🙈🪐意式茄汁肉丸意粉($118)意粉係鮮蛋意粉,食落好煙韌又有咬口,茄汁係偏酸甜嘅,掛到落意粉~份量同樣都唔吝嗇,意粉同肉丸都好多😆🪐墨汁魷魚意粉($118)墨汁意粉調味好香蒜味,忍唔住一啖接一啖,魷魚嘅份量同樣好多!差唔多每啖都食到🦑🪐Deluxe All Day Breakfast ($178)本身都諗呢個價錢嘅all day breakfast會唔會係交智商稅😂不過上枱大大份,所有嘢都好足料,果然係重量級🤣黑松露炒蛋一如既往嘅出色,又滑又香!配埋半個牛油果多士食一流🤤燒牛肉都好出色😍其他肉類同腸都煎得好香~煙三文魚同巴馬火腿都食得出係新鮮嘅🙂↔️🪐凍西班牙咖啡($52)店員一擺低杯咖啡,🙆🏻♂️已經急不及待飲咗,所以冇影到相🤣🙆🏻♂️大讚話會為咗呢杯咖啡再嚟!Weekend都keep住有人排隊等位~🙈店員都好好服務,等緊位嘅時候會主動keep住update我哋大概仲要等幾耐~我哋都有試過平日去食☺️人流就少啲,主要都係附近嘅街坊,店員都唔會趕我哋交枱🥸

今次係第一次試呢間cafe,地理位置稍為有啲偏遠,因為唔近地鐵站,係西營盤A1出口仲要行一段路先到。兩個人叫左蟹肉蟹黃醬炒蛋bagel($138),另加$58黑松露炒蛋,野飲叫左夠薑鮮奶咖啡同mocha。黑松露炒蛋一黎到已經好香黑松露既香味,係熟悉既味道。可能食慣左,係好濃既黑松露既味,再配滑蛋但唔會話驚喜。鐘意食黑松露係必點。最驚喜係蟹肉蟹黃醬炒蛋bagel,一上菜係驚喜左,因為個蛋份量係勁大,係2個人份量黎。 bagel脆身但有啲啲硬, 但最驚喜除左份量,係個炒蛋,蟹肉份量好足,而且個炒蛋明顯食到蟹黃醬味,呢個係有意外驚豔到,平時食其他店舖既蟹肉蛋係比較普通,呢個絕對係驚喜左。我朋友個杯mocha就普普通通 ,而我個杯夠薑鮮奶咖啡稍甜,有薑味但未去到好薑,可以再薑。總結,炒蛋bagel系列係必試。
