上次同老婆嚟到佐敦渡船街一帶食日本菜,正正就喺佢上完咗興趣班嘅日子,今次又喺一樣,趁佢又完咗興趣班嘅一個循環,再嚟到渡船街一帶食日本菜,不過就唔喺上次嗰間,試試另一家風評上佳嘅「串本屋」。睇個名都知喺走居酒屋嘅路線,入到餐廳,都喺一派和風小店嘅格局,地方就唔喺好大,裝潢簡約,牆上就擺放咗多幅日本風情畫作,而啲布梳化椅就幾好坐,好舒服。 作為居酒屋,食物自然有好多選擇,翻一轉主餐牌,類別而言已有十多種,夾夾埋埋嘅菜式估計都5、60款,真喺有啲花多眼亂。都唔一一細寫,自己睇睇就可以。 此外,仲有多款定食、串燒組合,而定食都會奉送麵豉湯及沙律,更有多款飲品、小食加配優惠。補充一點,除咗收加一,另外每枱都要收$12蚊前菜費。 餐廳採用二維碼落單,都好易用,裡面更有埋圖片做參考。其實,依家好多餐廳都喺咁,不過,眼見好多客人都喺搵侍應落單。前菜 $12好多居酒屋都會收呢個前菜費,所以,都唔喺咩新奇事。今次所見嘅前菜喺蕃茄漬,蕃茄本身都幾鮮甜,漬過之後,酸香開胃,作為前菜,輕怡清爽,都幾好喔。 香烤鱈魚乾 $18老婆誤會咗喺烤雞泡魚乾,所以,入口時佢話點解咁脆嘅,佢心諗喺想食口感煙韌有咬口嘅雞泡魚乾

香烤鱈魚乾 $18

老婆誤會咗喺烤雞泡魚乾,所以,入口時佢話點解咁脆嘅,佢心諗喺想食口感煙韌有咬口嘅雞泡魚乾。不過,佢話呢個鱈魚乾又幾特別,口感超脆,脆到咯咯聲,好似食薯片咁,但就健康好多啦。

屋酒屋啲串燒一向都了得,所以,我哋亦試咗其中兩款,先分享雞肉串,肉質嫩滑,唔會乾嚡,最正喺個醬料,獨特嘅紫蘇香,再帶陣陣梅子嘅酸香味;另一串豚肉串都好正,睇落真喺幾肥吓,入口充滿油脂香,真喺膽固醇萬歲,而夾住嘅荔枝肉,爆汁清甜,正好補番個平衡。

麵豉湯、沙律(定食)

簡簡單單嘅麵豉湯同沙律喺好多時日式定食嘅指定組合,個麵豉湯唔錯,濃而不濁,內裡有唔少昆布;沙律菜爽脆,淋上柚子醋,已喺好清爽滋味。

今日賀老婆上完堂,當然,揀兩款主食都喺佢嘅心水嘢啦,先登場喺個烏冬鍋,烏冬喺佢嘅「飛弗」食材。睇樣就見非常足料,有大大隻天婦羅蝦、雞肉、金菇、昆布、冬菇、鳴門卷,仲有大大隻月見(生雞蛋),樣樣食材都好食,而啲烏冬好滑溜,口感帶點韌勁,非常好食,將雞蛋跟烏冬撈勻,更加正,最後,連啲湯都清埋一滴都無嘥。

銀鱈魚西京燒配飯 $168

另一款佢好鍾意嘅日本食材就喺銀鱈魚喇,一客有兩大件銀鱈魚,佢就滿足晒啦。件銀鱈魚燒得外皮焦香,肉質細緻嫩滑,極富油香,絕對喺高質素嘅貨色,沾上少少沙律醬,風味更佳,而珍珠米口感黏糯,面頭仲加咗唔少飯素,增添風味。
