To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

可能我太耐無去泰國啦，去到呢個moment我都唔係好記得究竟當年去蘇梅島…布吉…芭提雅呢d地方係咩感覺。不過唔記得唔緊要，有d野你刺激下佢，尤其是味覺，咩都返哂黎囉。👇📌主 食 - ▪️ 冬 蔭 公 湯 - $142(細)▫️ 泰國野必嗌之一「冬蔭公湯」，淨係湯頭都非常豐富，大量草菇、香茅、南薑、辣椒，我揀左加辣，所以入口特別濃香惹味；而兩大隻虎蝦亦夠生猛，肉質軟腍入味，酸酸辣辣認真開胃！▪️ 黃 咖 哩 海 鮮 - $118▫️ 第二道必食「黃咖哩海鮮」，就咁睇咖哩個質感絕對唔係好稀身，入口甜甜地，完全唔辣，而且椰香味夠出，口感幼滑；裡面海鮮包括青口、帶子、魷魚，仲有大量薯仔，飽肚又抵食，正！📌小 食 & 飲 品 -▪️ 泰 式 原 味 烤 薄 餅 - $48▪️ 椰 皇 沙 冰 - $39▫️ 專登嗌左個「泰式原味烤薄餅」襯返個咖哩，烤餅烤得夠脆口，面頭帶少少焦香，一上枱仲係熱辣辣，口感軟綿，好好食；又食辣又食熱野一定走唔甩呢杯人氣招牌「椰皇沙冰」咖啦，嗌左少甜，甜度岩岩好，飲落係相當透心涼，夠哂滿足！
