今日去了九龍城的「入魂鐵板燒」,餐廳以樸實而低調的灰色為主,感覺時尚,全部座都可以欣賞到師傅精湛嘅手藝,配合新鮮食材,真係好睇又好食🥰點了商務套餐二人前:-前菜:田螺3粒是日海鮮:北寄貝白飯魚,非常鮮甜,白飯魚烘到脆卜卜,香氣撲鼻。鵝肝:入口即溶,肥美但沒有油膩感,底層多士好香脆,中間夾了一塊蘋果片用來解膩。大虎蝦:大隻又新鮮,師傅只用了簡單調味,已經帶出了虎蝦原有的鮮甜味道。季節魚:銀雪魚完美演繹了皮脆肉嫩的口感。清酒煮蜆 – 幾厚肉,味道清甜,連湯都喝光。美國牛肉薄燒/豚肉薄燒 – 肉片包裹著香蔥,又香又惹味😋套餐包沙律、炒菜、炒飯、湯、漬物和甜品。
