我哋叫咗個二人商務套餐,成個用餐過程好特別,因為大廚喺我哋面前即席煮嘢食,我哋可以睇到每一道菜點樣整成。
呢個套餐有十三道菜,每一道都好精緻,味道又正。由頭盤到主菜,再到甜品,每樣都好滿足。食完呢十三道菜之後,真係飽到行唔到,但係每一啖都覺得值得。
呢間餐廳無論係食物質素定係用餐體驗,都俾到我同朋友一個好難忘嘅午餐時間。成個套餐嘅性價比真係好高,喺咁正嘅環境下食到咁高質素嘅鐵板燒,真係好難得。下次一定會再嚟。

我哋兩個人嗌咗兩個一人set $310-食物有大虎蝦、南非鮑魚、鵝肝、美國牛肉薄燒/日本黑豚肉薄燒,套餐附有:沙律、炒菜、炒飯、味噌湯、漬物及甜品,另外我哋再加咗個清酒煮蜆鵝肝煎到外面微微脆香,內裡係滑到好似牛油咁溶喺口入面。佢底下鋪住塊酥脆嘅多士,吸晒鵝肝滲出嚟嘅油香味,仲加咗啲薄切蘋果,爽甜中和咗鵝肝嘅濃郁。配埋嗰啲黑醋汁酸酸甜甜,令到成件事多咗層次,好解膩之餘,仲提升咗鵝肝嘅香味表面。鮑魚喺鐵板上煎到啱啱好,表面有少少金黃焦香,但內裏保持嫩滑多汁。入口好彈牙,仲帶住一陣鮮甜嘅海味啲蝦肉鮮甜得嚟仲有少少彈牙,咬落去係嗰種好紮實嘅口感,好滿足!燒得啱啱好,火候控制得一流,完全冇過熟,保留住海鮮嘅原味,但又加咗啲鐵板嘅香氣。師傅仲會喺上面淋少少牛油醬汁,增添咗一層濃郁香滑嘅味道,但又唔會掩蓋咗虎蝦嘅鮮味啲蜆每隻都好肥美,煮到啱啱開口,完全冇煮過火,保持住啲蜆肉嘅鮮甜同嫩滑口感。清酒香氣滲入每一隻蜆入面,飲落去有陣陣清香,同啲蜆肉嘅鮮味配合得天衣無縫。清酒混合住蜆汁味道,入口溫潤帶點甘甜,飲完會忍唔住想再嚟多一碗牛肉片燒到啱啱熟,保留咗肉汁同鮮味,師傅再將佢捲成卷,入面夾咗蒜片同蔥。咬落去嗰陣,牛肉夠嫩滑,蒜片帶嚟陣陣香脆,蔥就加咗少少清香,平衡晒牛肉嘅油香味。 continue reading
