今日同同事見客，對方係新加坡人，所以都想揀返新加坡菜式，但原來香港唔多主打食新加坡菜，搵搵下就發現中環有間歐陸菜融合新加坡菜餐廳😍揀左平日晚上去試一試.餐廳提供八道菜嚐味菜單，當中有幾款比較深刻，包括海南雞糯米飯同埋一道白蘆筍蟶子石栗烤燭果🤤.新加坡菜當然會有海南雞飯，但同一般食到唔同，飯是糯米飯，煙煙韌韌👍🏻雞好似整成一個雞卷一樣，外型好吸引，有雞香不油膩，肉質軟嫩另外其中一道創新菜，食材有白蘆筍、蟶子、石栗、烤燭果，擺盤好有fine dining感覺，蟶子鮮甜，整體質感和味道呈完美的平衡，真係幾出色☺️最後上埋甜品，平時我唔太好甜品，不過同事食完話好好味，咁我都試下🤣
