To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 炸雞脾薯條配西多士 $35

細佬妹就同樣都揀炸脾,常常晌茶記,炸脾會配吓沙律或薯條,但呢度就勁,配薯條,整多兩粒車厘茄,仲加多份厚切嘅西多,鑊仔咁上,有睇頭,又夠份量。炸脾炸得唔錯喎,最基本嘅,就喺無炸燶先啦,炸得皮脆甘香,夠肉汁,唔會「乾崢崢」,薯條亦香脆不膩,西多士就喺大路貨色出品,無話好好,亦無話差。

芝士火腿蔥薄餅配香茅雞翼 $33 

因為預咗要幫老婆嘅米線包底,所以,揀咗一款有啲特色,但相對輕量級啲嘅茶餐。芝士火腿蔥薄餅喺就喺有少少油,但煎得脆脆口,夾咗芝士同火腿,卻喺幾鹹香惹味;雞翼唔喺啲奀挑鬼命嘅貨色,大大隻,炸得金香,食落皮脆肉嫩,滲出陣陣香茅味,三十零蚊,交足貨啦。

即磨咖啡

細佬妹佢哋揀咗凍柑桔蜜,話OK,無特別影相,就唔多講。晌茶就,就絕對會揀熱奶茶,不過晌呢度,揀即磨咖啡應該穩陣啲,入口,又算喺幾醇和。

今餐就簡簡單單,加上啲下午茶定價好大眾化,喺位置比其他同商場嘅餐廳蝕底咗,不過,主要都哋做慈雲山街坊客,生意應該OK嘅。
