曾經到訪過Supergiant食過brunch menu,已經深深吸引住,適逢知道佢重新裝修期間,都係滿滿既期待,終於等到佢重開,今次注入左更豐富既東南亞菜色,而且Mira Moon 團隊請來著名調酒師Lorenzo Antinori設計獨特既cocktail,對於我呢d酒鬼黎講,一定係福音先咖啦。👇🏻📌SMALL PLATES - ▪️ Kinilaw Tuna - $158▪️ Salt & Pepper Squid - $148 ▫️ 前菜分別試左兩道,第一道「風味酸汁醃鮪魚」用油甘魚配搭四季橘、意大利香醋、芫荽、辣椒調味,食落酸酸甜甜,好醒胃,加埋炸魚脆片,配返佢地手工啤酒一流;第二道「惹味椒鹽炸魷魚」炸到外脆內嫩,面頭灑滿大量炸蒜,配搭是拉差辣椒醬、辣椒,食落雙重辣味層次,相當惹味。📌KITCHEN PLATES - ▪️ Angus Ox Cheek - 278▪️ Australian Lamb Chops - $158▫️ 主菜方面試左個「安格斯牛面頰」,牛面頰煮到好腍滑,面頭被瑪莎曼咖哩滿地覆蓋住,加左泰式羅勒、花生、青檸,令成個香味更加突出,附送一個茉莉香飯,兩個人share岩
