To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係屋企人既大喜日子,一早book左位,環境又靚又舒服!隨房有2名侍應候命協助我地,佢兩個都非常熱心去解答我地既問題,盅心講解d菜既用料煮法,又頻頻換骨碟!d菜式多到唔知我自己有無寫留左,記錯名:前菜海蜇頭-係丫叉形既海蜇,同平時個d海蜇唔同,更脆,個汁同比時個d都差唔多,有d麻香咁,不過無咁油我覺得,清清地,好好既前菜,不過有d碎,好難夾.醉雞-,個雞好滑,無論肉同皮好酒味!蒜子青瓜-個清瓜好爽,好玩蒜容味,每一條青瓜都有好多蒜脆黃鱔-炸得很酥好脆,而且有d蜜糖咁既漿住d鱔,好好味,帶有少少酸甜,入口無油味,只覺那酥化既感覺,正!南京鹽水鴨,四喜烤夫,好普通,無特別,唔寫.後者係d面根with老水.主菜黃金大餅-一上台,個侍應話台台必叫.其實即係蔥油餅,,佢個餅皮焗/煎得好脆,不過d蔥無mug味,反而jusco賣個d既蔥油好過佢.分數只歸個皮!鶴湖蟹影-米芝連得獎菜,上台大家俾個外形吸引著,靚真係靚,$50一件,視覺滿足抵番左!食既時候唔洗理儀態,因為個蟹粉一定要痴住個鍋ba食先好味.個蟹粉有蟹肉既鮮甜,有蟹糕既甘錞(又係似咸蛋黃咁溜溜地),妙絕,橙色既蟹粉滑配鍋ba既脆香口,go

海蜇頭-係丫叉形既海蜇,同平時個d海蜇唔同,更脆,個汁同比時個d都差唔多,有d麻香咁,不過無咁油我覺得,清清地,好好既前菜,不過有d碎,好難夾.
醉雞-,個雞好滑,無論肉同皮好酒味!
蒜子青瓜-個清瓜好爽,好玩蒜容味,每一條青瓜都有好多蒜
脆黃鱔-炸得很酥好脆,而且有d蜜糖咁既漿住d鱔,好好味,帶有少少酸甜,入口無油味,只覺那酥化既感覺,正!
南京鹽水鴨,四喜烤夫,好普通,無特別,唔寫.後者係d面根with老水.

鶴湖蟹影-米芝連得獎菜,上台大家俾個外形吸引著,靚真係靚,$50一件,視覺滿足抵番左!食既時候唔洗理儀態,因為個蟹粉一定要痴住個鍋ba食先好味.個蟹粉有蟹肉既鮮甜,有蟹糕既甘錞(又係似咸蛋黃咁溜溜地)
,妙絕,橙色既蟹粉滑配鍋ba既脆香口,good!只係個taro味唔知點,無mug味
,又唔知點理佢好...個伴碟既蟹形薑味jelly,夠o西cute,有少少薑味,目的要去溜好似,作用不大,賣相為實

北京片皮鴨(兩食)-包蒸皮,加上beijing運黎蘿白+蔥段,再配甜醬,好好味,d菜夾在入面好清好脆,個鴨個皮好脆,又唔肥. 之後d肉炒左野,用黎包生菜,鴨肉就唔多覺有,只食得多carrot,要稱讚係貝殼形既生菜冰到佢好脆,好爽.如果d料多番d肉會好好多包出黎.
清炒蝦仁-一D都唔好味,D蝦仁又唔係話特別爽,真係好清,無味道AT ALL,配醋食,真奇怪

d串燒:普通,唔香,有d0知咩粉,唔咁點.入口其實d味好似格肋底味.哈哈,好k形

甜品
驢打滾-好特別既甜品,好qq,好煙un個皮,包d紅豆容含,唔溜,而且甜度岩岩好
!
擂沙湯圓-佢個皮又係好Q,個芝麻含好香,好細磨得,今次磨到有油.
玫瑰荔枝榚-賣相好,玫瑰味唔夠,唔香,下層只係荔枝肉有荔枝味,少少酸,包住個個就只係大菜糕咁好普通,無荔枝味.

我想$350一個人,大家可試試波,8/10菜都好味既!可試多d甜品.
片皮鴨要早一日order!
