友人就較喜歡愛玉,貪佢滑嘟嘟,而且,配上檸檬沙冰,入口透心涼之餘,更有種清新、醒神嘅感覺,飲幾口,完全驅走晒啲悶氣。順帶一提,值得一讚喺用上紙飲管,為環保出多一分力。

店家有好多款台式小食,老友話鍾情豆腐,就揀呢一款冷盤前菜「皮蛋豆腐」,雖然只喺皮蛋同豆腐,但加點肉鬆,撒啲蔥花,賣相精緻。豆腐入口冰涼嫩滑,襯上肉鬆、蔥花,味道唔會寡,好啱呢個熱辣辣嘅天氣;而皮蛋彈牙,蛋心軟綿,無嗰陣好似梘水嘅氣味,配埋啲酸薑,就更覺得一流。

溏心蛋亦都滷得算有水準,蛋黃半凝,好有蛋香;麵條採用粗身嘅關廟麵,耐浸具咬口,有韌勁,而且,份量十足。其實就咁配啲酸菜食,都覺得簡單而味美。

整體而言,「稻埕」所做嘅台灣菜確喺有水準,而且,地方大,環境舒適,招呼又到位,加上唔少增值、貼心嘅服務,喺會加大個印象分,定價以尖沙咀區而言,亦頗合理,值得再訪。
