Ordered the 2-person set dinner and it was enough for 3! The beef cheek with bitter melon was especially good, and the veggies were fresh. Solid restaurant with nice interior. I also enjoyed the chicken in sweet soy sauce, though the sauce was a little bit thick. Wish I had room to try the dessert too!The drink I had was quite sweet despite choosing the “low sugar” option. 又到年尾的十一月,好蟹之仕再不吃就要等明年了,我講的當然是講吃大閘蟹。正所謂九月圓臍十月尖,縱使我今年已吃過了三次,就趁今天,與女兒再嚐多一次,就結束今年我的蟹癮。來到尖沙咀K11 - 稻埕飯店,吃他們的一個古早台味蟹粉美饌。 飯店之一人限定套餐性價比都算高$198一位,有足五兩的蟹和一碟足料的蟹皇蟹籽伴麵。今晚二人有小許肚餓,再點了這店的招牌菜 - 鵝不是鴨肉,以台式白滷水浸製的獅頭鵝,鵝片實在要盛讚,肉質嫩滑沒嚡口,加上伴碟的酸蘿蔔和芽菜,令鵝片吃起來更清爽開胃。話梅小山藥,在別餐廳吃過話梅小蕃茄,有比較之下,因為山藥有多重的藥療果效,我覺得吃山藥比較更健康和醒胃。套餐的大閘蟹終於出場,是江蘇省直送到店。十月是吃公蟹,這一隻的蟹黃很滑總算也有一點白膏,慢慢品嚐大閘蟹,真是人生一大樂事。再來的是蟹皇蟹籽伴麵,份量算是非常充足,而麵真煙韌,伴上蟹皇和海量的蟹籽更加惹味。吃蟹,話雖寒涼,但套餐已預備了薑汁湯圓和薑茶,以解寒涼。湯圓的餡料是麻蓉,是蟹後的一點甜落肚,為我今年的蟹癮,暫添個句號。 continue reading

呢間嘢之前食過,一直對佢嘅豬手心心念念⋯⋯有午餐set 選擇。 份量都幾足。有兩大嚿豬手+2細嚿豬手。豬手煮得好入味,骨膠原滿滿,啖啖都好香滑,1秒脫骨❤️再加埋珍珠飯,口感一流。豬手下面嘅汁都已經夠撈一碗白飯💯值得一提嘅係柚薑米水(凍),幾特別,唔會太甜,飲落去又有陣陣嘅柚子香同薑味,清新解膩。整體嚟講,呢餐飯真係食得好舒服,環境闊落,枱與枱之間嘅距離都好寬敞👍喺商場入邊,泊車又方便見佢14:30之後下午茶餐都好吸引有下次✅ continue reading

刚路过吃下午茶,点了鹅肉鹅翼鹅头颈卤水饭,看着3片鹅肉看起来虽然表面漂亮,结果中伏,翻开发现里面大部分是鹅头碎料,他们把碎骨头和鹅翼尖盖住了,未试过鹅翼只给翼尖尖一点。碎骨头完全吃不下去。大家小心。真心觉得有点过分。 continue reading
