To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「大安茶冰廳」轉新形象行Cafe Shop精品路線？

位於九龍油麻地廣東道830號地下的「大安茶冰廳」之前是一間老牌港式地道冰廳，主要賣茶餐為主，不過而家「大安茶冰廳」經已轉了新形象，以全新cafe shop的感覺重生，沒有了A餐、B餐、下午茶餐、換來各式精品咖啡、特式西餅。相信不少住在附近的街坊都希望可以再品嚐「大安茶冰室」的老牌茶餐，因為都幾多人排隊，所以我今朝都叫了一份外賣，分別是「檸檬曲奇」及熱的「啡立克」，檸檬曲奇檸檬味濃郁，曲奇口感非常有層次雖然價錢稍嫌貴了一點點，但份量十足值得一試。另外我是第一次嘗試好立克+咖啡的組合，想不到原來兩者非常配合，十分驚喜！整體來說都10分滿意，而且店內的環境裝修後10分舒適，相信油麻地又多了一個聚腳點了
