To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近返查香港越來越少懷舊嘅餐廳,喺網上見呢間餐廳感覺行懷舊風,所以專登嚟呢間餐廳試吓,可能因為早嘅關係,中午12點前,亦因為我一個人嘅關係,所以唔需要等位就可以直接入座。本來諗住對面個座位都會比其他食客坐,但係侍應並冇叫其他人坐我對面個位,大概食咗一個鐘頭,都係冇人坐我對面。雖然食物價錢有啲貴,餐牌大部份食物都係一啲非主流嘅配搭,其實感覺似一間Cafe多個似一間懷舊冰廳。壹加壹咖啡可以比食客一次試過兩種唔同嘅咖啡口味,感覺唔錯,黑啤肉醬配牛脷酥呢個配搭好特別,之前未試過,但係食得多會比較膩。整體上嚟講食物質素OK價錢偏貴少少。

星期六同朋友兩個人嚟諗住試吓啲特色嘢喺門口排咗15分鐘左右就入得,等候時間都OK嘅~但係落完單之後,等左成20分鐘先有嘢食,以冰廳黎講都幾耐~嗌咗個臘腸冬菇奶油意大利飯,個飯唔夠熱,味道OK,不過份量偏少~朋友嗌咗個腐乳Carbonara,但完全食唔到有腐乳味,份量亦非常少,完全食唔飽。仲要啲嘢飲要成$40至$50一杯,基本上係Cafe嘅價錢,但係個味道又冇乜特別,好有搶錢嘅感覺d蛋撻又要成$28一個,貴到都唔想嗌黎食~總結:又貴又唔飽,味道係唔差,但性價比頗差,成個dining experience幾失望。冰廳裝修,餐廳價錢,西餐份量,有d不倫不類。唔會考慮翻桌。

這是一間茶餐廳和cafe的crossover。點了西檸雞牛油檸檬汁意粉、特濃黑芝麻麻糬西多士配黑芝麻雪糕和酒香抹茶朱古力紅豆菠蘿包。薄身的西檸雞排很鬆脆入味,檸檬味道新鮮有層次古。港式西檸雞撞上意粉,完美呈現中西合璧。緊接著甜品到,烘熱鬆軟的西多士,加上上面的雪糕,裏裏外外都包圍着黑芝麻醬。雪糕雖然不夠軟滑,但是可以溶得慢些。唯一就是麻糬的存在感比較薄。菠蘿包的配搭則十分balance。酒香味的cream很輕盈清甜,配上一大片香濃的抹茶生朱古力和紅豆,十分滿足!地點近油麻地果欄。雖然菜單就是Café,但店舖裝飾格式似潔淨的冰室,外牆則裝飾着香港的美照和畫報。

薄身的西檸雞排很鬆脆入味,檸檬味道新鮮有層次古。港式西檸雞撞上意粉,完美呈現中西合璧。緊接著甜品到,烘熱鬆軟的西多士,加上上面的雪糕,裏裏外外都包圍着黑芝麻醬。雪糕雖然不夠軟滑,但是可以溶得慢些。唯一就是麻糬的存在感比較薄。菠蘿包的配搭則十分balance。酒香味的cream很輕盈清甜,配上一大片香濃的抹茶生朱古力和紅豆,十分滿足!

地點近油麻地果欄。雖然菜單就是Café,但店舖裝飾格式似潔淨的冰室,外牆則裝飾着香港的美照和畫報。

第一口我的反應是:係茶餐廳的沙嗲牛啊~~~
滑蛋炒得非常出色澤,生熟大概有七成左右,
加上肉鬆柴菜,配上多士真的很加分。

奶油的味道加上臘腸其實不錯,
不過個人覺得可以再濃味一點,

新舊的融合有了化學作用,
欣賞店家的用心,舊有的不代表會過時,
也不代表要丟棄被取替,
當然,

我通常去懷舊冰室一定叫奶茶,但原來呢度無奶茶🤣 最後叫咗忌廉溝鮮奶 & 黑牛 ,擺盤好適合打卡!

假期偶爾諗起流心蛋撻過嚟食下都OK😋

油麻地大安茶冰廳是一間60年代的港式茶冰室,而且有很多香港影視劇都在此取景,今日特意到這裡打卡,餐廳原來已在兩年前轉手,舊餐廳老闆已全家移民,現在的餐廳老闆堅持保留舊有冰室的容貌,只是重新翻新一點點而已。但冰室現時的餐牌就有很大改變,不論飲品和食品都力求創新,絕對不是一般香港的茶餐廳所吃到的。酒香抹茶朱古力紅豆菠蘿包菠蘿包的外皮通常是酥脆的,烘烤得恰到好處,而中層一大片是抹茶朱古力,它融合了抹茶的清新和朱古力的濃郁。而在抹茶朱古力上的是紅豆餡料,紅豆甜度適中,口感飽滿且有顆粒感,再加入甜甜的忌廉,使到整體口感層次更豐富。肉鬆焦糖流心蛋撻蛋撻面層鋪滿肉鬆,而內層底部係焦糖流心的部分,淡淡甜香的焦糖流心會慢慢流出,而中層部份又充滿蛋香。奶醬蛋撻蛋撻外層是曲奇皮做的,蛋撻面有少花生粒作點綴,內層的奶醬綿密滑順,充滿了濃郁的奶香和微甜的口感。熱/凍薄荷朱啡薄荷朱啡的口感是一種集咖啡的濃郁、朱古力的甜膩和薄荷的清涼於一身。喜歡薄荷的朋友們千萬不要錯過,因為薄荷味較重,飲後有冰涼透心的感覺。如果要打卡,當然要選熱啡,可以欣賞埋拉花的圖案。
