To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蛋糕做得好厚身,中間的軟心做得超出色,creamy柔滑,杏霜的味道真係超突出,一下子就籠罩住整個味蕾。愛杏霜的人一定要試。不過個人唔太受得杏霜的味道,反而加埋碟旁的碎曲奇,味道平衡返又接受到喎。

少有的真。懷舊冰室,而且價錢公相宜,食物質素很好,員工年輕有禮貌,毫無傳統茶記的趕客態度。這間冰室由去年已經開始接觸。第一次喝他們的薄荷朱啡就愛上了,從未在其他Cafe喝到過這麽特別的咖啡風味。之前太太懷孕時,雖然我們來過幾次吃飯,但她一直沒能品嘗這里的咖啡,所以始終不明白我為什麽喜歡這里。直到昨天她終於點了一杯Flat White,喝第一口就讚不絕口,還笑著說家里的即溶咖啡可能要失寵了。這家冰廳會定期更換主題裝飾,所以每次來都能看到不同的佈置。昨天去的時候,正巧遇上他們與扶康會合作的小型畫展。他們的創新甜品也很有心思,在今次主題下他們以傳統姜汁撞奶和蛋撻結合成"姜汁撞奶麻糬蛋撻"。外皮酥脆,內餡是Q彈的麻糬和帶著姜汁香氣的蛋漿,一口咬下去,既有港式甜品的懷舊風味,又有新穎的口感層次。除了特色飲品和甜點,這里的食物也很出色,價格卻十分親民。每次來都能看到不同年齡層的食客,有老街坊獨自看報喝茶,也有年輕人相約聚餐說笑,這種新舊交融的氛圍特別溫馨。在節奏飛快的都市里,能找到這樣一家保留著舊時人情味,又能不斷帶來新驚喜的冰廳,實在難得。

叉燒真係大得誇張,每啖都係肉,肉質厚實🍖食落去滿足感十足!太陽蛋煎得啱啱好,蛋黃流心,撈埋麵一齊食,口感豐富~

今日得閒,心血來潮決定去試下呢間好hit嘅大安茶冰廳,門面有種濃濃嘅港式復古風。招牌鹹蛋黃雞翼雞翼炸得金黃酥脆,外皮好似裹咗一層薄薄嘅金衣,上面還均勻地鋪滿咗金黃色嘅鹹蛋黃碎,鹹香十足,而雞肉本身又保持住嫩滑多汁,鹹蛋黃嘅味道完全滲入咗雞肉入面。薯條炸得外脆內軟,外層嘅脆度剛剛好,而裡面嘅薯仔肉綿綿嘅,口感非常好。而且唔使點茄醬,單純食已經有好香嘅薯仔味。最後嘅肉丁滑蛋多士都令人印象深刻。多士烤得表面金黃,微微焦香。切開嚟,裡面夾住豐富嘅肉丁同嫩滑到好似布丁咁嘅滑蛋。一口咬落去,多士嘅香脆、肉丁嘅鮮美同滑蛋嘅嫩滑完美融合,口感層次豐富。肉丁炒得好入味,滑蛋又夠晒香滑。

最近返查香港越來越少懷舊嘅餐廳,喺網上見呢間餐廳感覺行懷舊風,所以專登嚟呢間餐廳試吓,可能因為早嘅關係,中午12點前,亦因為我一個人嘅關係,所以唔需要等位就可以直接入座。本來諗住對面個座位都會比其他食客坐,但係侍應並冇叫其他人坐我對面個位,大概食咗一個鐘頭,都係冇人坐我對面。雖然食物價錢有啲貴,餐牌大部份食物都係一啲非主流嘅配搭,其實感覺似一間Cafe多個似一間懷舊冰廳。壹加壹咖啡可以比食客一次試過兩種唔同嘅咖啡口味,感覺唔錯,黑啤肉醬配牛脷酥呢個配搭好特別,之前未試過,但係食得多會比較膩。整體上嚟講食物質素OK價錢偏貴少少。

星期六同朋友兩個人嚟諗住試吓啲特色嘢喺門口排咗15分鐘左右就入得,等候時間都OK嘅~但係落完單之後,等左成20分鐘先有嘢食,以冰廳黎講都幾耐~嗌咗個臘腸冬菇奶油意大利飯,個飯唔夠熱,味道OK,不過份量偏少~朋友嗌咗個腐乳Carbonara,但完全食唔到有腐乳味,份量亦非常少,完全食唔飽。仲要啲嘢飲要成$40至$50一杯,基本上係Cafe嘅價錢,但係個味道又冇乜特別,好有搶錢嘅感覺d蛋撻又要成$28一個,貴到都唔想嗌黎食~總結:又貴又唔飽,味道係唔差,但性價比頗差,成個dining experience幾失望。冰廳裝修,餐廳價錢,西餐份量,有d不倫不類。唔會考慮翻桌。

原本上兩星期過嚟試吓,今日見冇乜嘢做過嚟試下,冇記錯係睇電視見到有呢間嘢,四點左右去到咁啱仲有位一個人坐晒成張卡位,去到先睇吓食乜好,原本諗住嚟試佢啲撻,但見啲唔吸引,最後叫五香肉丁唔知乜乜嘅多士,同埋黑牛😋(一心諗住試佢啲咖啡,但俾黑牛吸引咗😂)個多士嚟到已經好吸引,食落真係好好味,中間心仲係有沙律菜同埋蕃茄,而杯黑牛啲雪糕好香好好味(似以前維記雪糕嘅味道)仲要係支裝可樂👍下次一定要叫埋朋友一齊食,可以試多幾樣野😋
