Restaurant: The Balcony
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來父親節的套餐，實在沒有特別值得一提的地方。菜色縱非千篇一律，也確實走不出一般的套路。有人乾脆將「母親節套餐」換上一個「父」字，其實又有誰會留意/介意？城景的食物不算突出，卻也中規中矩。早前用茶壺盛載「佛跳牆」，每人一壺，頗有新意。今次教我感動的，是經理過來問食物質素如何，我以為只是例行公事，也就老實不客氣說美中不足的是虎蝦伊麵有些蝦肉質較霉。以為他會例行公事地「提一提廚房」。不一會，經理用小碟另外端出四隻虎蝦以賠不是。態度認真，值得一讚！
